Jai Villa Homestay

My four-night Homestay experience with my 2-year-old was truly delightful. The owner's hospitality, delectable homemade meals, and the stunning rooftop views of sunrise and sunset made it the best stay compared to previous ones. Both my wife and I, ***** with our kid, thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay. This was my first time in a Homestay for four nights, and it surpassed all my expectations. The owner's warm hospitality, delicious homemade food, and the breathtaking views from the rooftop made it my best experience compared to any other stay in the past. Our kid especially had a great time, adding to the overall joy of our stay.

From the very minute I got in touch with the hosts it was very welcoming. He explained me each and everything about Udaipur and nearby places. Room is huge with good amenities and even better is the location. Uma di was really kind enough to treat us by welcoming with a lovely tea and some short eats. Next morning the homemade breakfast was sufficient enough to make us roam around the forts and beat scorching sun. It's a must visit and definitely a great stay for all. It gives you the taste of royal Rajasthan with a pinch of homely love and care ❤️

This is one of the best homestay i hv ever stayed. Lovely place with amazing hospitable people. Located in the heart of city and still surrounded by hills. Food preparation was simply amazing with thr option of both veg and non veg. Dnt go anywhere else.

Just Wow! If I have to describe Jai villa in the shortest form. Despite being situated in the middle of the city you will find that it is actually not. Picturesque views are clearly visible from the place. Spacious, neat, clean and an environment like home. Added to the above mentioned qualities is the host, ***aged by Mr. and Mrs. Devendra Singh Shekhawat who leave no stone unturned to make your journey memorable. Highly Highly recommended.

We stayed at this place called jai villa , udaipur and it was the best place that we could get as a homestay . The family is so good and down to earth. The views are superb from their property and it felt nothing less than a five star property to be very honest. The rooms, food , cleanliness and everything was 5 star and I highly recommend this place to all the families.

I had a wonderful stay at Devendra and Uma's accommodation in Udaipur. They are an incredibly homely couple who made us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The food was delicious, with a special mention to their flaky parathas that were an absolute delight. Not only did they provide us with comfortable lodging, but they also went above and beyond by assisting us with a well-thought-out itinerary to explore the beautiful city of Udaipur. What stood out for us was their pet-friendly environment, making our stay even more enjoyable. The house is impeccably organized and offers a stunning view. One of the highlights was being able to enjoy the sunset while sipping on tea or coffee from their terrace. It's truly a tranquil and picturesque setting. If you're planning a visit, I highly recommend considering their accommodation, especially during the monsoon and winter seasons when Udaipur is at its best. Jai Villa homestay is undoubtedly one of the best homestays we have stayed in all of our travels so far. Devendra ji and Uma ji are not just great hosts but they are also true ambassadors of Rajasthani food, culture and tourism. We were traveling from Mumbai via road with our 2 dogs. Devendra ji was regularly checking with us and ensured that we were on the correct route to their place. Once we reached their place what followed from there on was an experience filled with sumptuous local cuisine food, great conversations and a memorable stay. They even provided fresh cooked food for our pets which our pets lapped up in no time. We stayed there for 3 nights and left with the feeling that we should spend more time next time that we visit. We stayed in their room which had access to a terrace and some great views of the Aravallis. Room was clean, well stocked with the required amenities and extrmely spacious. They also helped us and guided us on the places we can visit with our pets. All in all a great stay , one that we will definitely want to do again. A big thanks to Devendra ji and Uma ji and family.

Devendra ji even helped us plan an itinerary for local sightseeing. The food is absolutely amazing, can't stress on that enough. Uma ji even explained about the traditional rajasthani delicacies that she prepared for us. The rooms are spacious, clean, and hygienic. We were lucky enough to get the terrace room and we had the entire terrace to ourselves. The hosts also provided food for our pets and made them feel comfortable. Udaipur now holds a special place in our hearts thanks to Devendra ji and Uma ji's hospitality. Thank you so much.
