Roach was crawling on the pillows when I walked in. Pool was closed. Ice machine was not working. Breakfast was meager. Juice machine was broken. They had cereal and milk, some old looking muffins and coffee. Pretty disappointing. People were very loud and it was noisy late into the night. Parking lot had lots of cracks and could use some repair. A/C worked well and so did the fridge. Wifi worked well. Towels were thin and not soft. Shower got hot quick, which was good. Ok for a solo traveler, but would not consider it family friendly at all.

Difficult time finding a clerk for check-in.
Telephone not answered. Had to return to desk get Wi-Fi password. Hard to find clerk.

After we checked in we got to our non smoking room (214) when we opened the door it smelled like we walked into a bingo hall. The furniture and bed had smoke holes and stains in them. There were multiple cockroaches leaving the room. We got rechecked into another room but not agter having to go back to the fromt multiple times bwcause the new key wasnt working. Couldnt get comfortable ik new room becuze it still felt dirty and we were worried about roaches. We ended up sleeping in the parking lot of the property most of the night just to be comfortable

From the time I walked in there were roaches literally everywhere! On the walls, bedside tables, bathroom sink and restroom! There were roaches that had been smashed on the wall by previous guests that had not been cleaned up. Told front desk attendant and he just replied he'll tell management! Won't be staying there again!

Sink didn't drain properly, a bug dropped out of the folded up bath towel, another bug on the wall, holes in the comforter, dirty carpet (don't walk barefoot in there), sticky stuff on the hairdryer and cracked. Breakfast was probably the best part about the motel.

We didn't have our room cleaned in the four nights that we stayed. I had to go ask for clean towels when we got in late. The towels I received were not regular towels way too small. I was told our room would be cleaned the next day. We got in late the next evening and nothing was done. No apology no discount no nothing. Just lame excuses. We planned to go back in Nov. and Dec. but no way!! We will never go back!!

These people took my money charged my card for 4 nights of staying and refused to give me a room or my money back but threatened to call the police on me and have me removed from the premises. I wouldn’t recommend anyone put your hard earned money toward this place because there’s a good chance you won’t get a room nor your money back. The manager Deepa is the biggest thief. She is rude and shows disrespect and prejudice towards Americans.
