The staff was friendly and our room was clean. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and I slept great. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. I will definitely stay again the next time I'm in town.

Had to always wait for someone at front desk. My keys constantly had to be reset because they just stop working. I got a room with a jet tub and the tub didn’t work. Food was good and kids enjoyed the heated pool

This hotel was very nice. This was our second stay at this hotel. It was clean, the room was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. This hotel is a great value too. Definitely our “go-to” hotel when we’re in the area.

Dropped off our son at UT Tyler. Hotel was really close and more importantly comfy and close to plenty things.

Found black hair in bathroom(bathtub, door, sink). Spots on sheets. Hanger in closet was falling off. Other that that, staff was amazing, breakfast was filled with huge selection of different foods. Heated indoor pool, sauna and small but clean gym was simply amazing. Close to all shopping/eating out options. It is by railroads, but we didn’t get to see any. Would definitely recommend.

This property was great. I enjoyed the heated pool and the workout room. Breakfast had lots of options and great coffee. The staff was great and the beds and pillow were super comfortable.
The noise was my only negative as it’s just horrible how loud the doors slam. And the loop traffic is loud at night.

I was here as we were going to take my sister off life support the next day. I booked this hotel cause i have been staying in hotels all week and needed to relax my back. We get there and find out the hot tub was removed though pics are still on website. Also i booked a jetted tub. Went to the room filled up tub and got in to relax and massage my back, only to see jets didnt work. We called front desk and were told that only 3 of the jetted tubs work and we should have been told that at check in. The same lady who cheked us in was the one who answered our call. I was beyond upset. We did leave the property and are now awaiting a refund. I expected sooo much more from this hotel.
