"It may have once been a 4-star hotel, but that's long gone. The entire building is showing its age, and clearly nothing is being done to stop the deterioration. Everything looks worn and a bit shabby; even the upholstery on the restaurant chairs is saggy. Furthermore, the entire building has a musty and very unpleasant smell. The ski boot heater has been cold all week. The poorly presented breakfast consists of the cheapest ingredients, there's nothing fresh on the buffet (even the fruit salad comes from the freezer), and the cheese is already bulging on its plate by 9:00 a.m. A nuisance in the wellness area: Many guests wear swimwear, even though the website advertises a textile-free environment. Even after our request, the staff did nothing to change this. Speaking of staff: the receptionist and one waitress (who unfortunately was only there one morning) are friendly and approachable. The other employees are unfriendly, cold, and dismissive. This may be due to the language barrier, as the hotel language is Czech. But a "good day" should still be possible. But it wasn't. We stayed in the apartment, which was spacious and functionally furnished. The location is a positive: a 10-minute ski bus ride to the glacier. Our conclusion after one week: It was okay, but we wouldn't book the hotel again."

"No 23 de abril de 2025, fiquei no Hotel Jakober em Tux com a minha família e tive UMA experiência maravilhosa. A localização do hotel não estava exatamente central ou perto das pistas de esqui na realidade Foi um passeio de 10 minutos, mas o Hotel tinha um hóspedes muito bonitos, o hotel também está perto de um BOM caminho que se seguiu por um Rio limpo e incrível com muitos lugares bonitos Primeiro, senti que o hotel estava sob a pressão, MAS depois percebi que a mulher que estava a correr o hotel era muito amável e profissional, então ELA fez experiência ainda melhor.O hotel também tinha um serviço de esqui que Não era o melhor, MAS era bonito e ao lado dele havia UMA mesa de ping pong e um spa que são serviços maravilhosos e estou feliz que o hotel lhes oferecia.Por outro lado, a sala não era tão bonita porque era realmente velho, então era Como um pequeno Apartamento com duas grandes e confortáveis quartos com banheira, com uma cozinha, tudo estava limpo e bem mantido.No final, tivemos uma experiência muito boa, então eu sugeriria este hotel a qualquer pessoa que visitasse o gelo Hintertux."

"Amazing!! We ordered a room with dog allowed and arrived earlier then check-in. It took less then 30min to prepare for us before time. Amazing job. There are Towels and the Entry for dog paws, madras and bowl in the room. Amazing! Breakfast and dinner in the restaurant was very good. The staff in the bar at Night is VERY nice! Made specielt order on drinks on the fly, without all ingrediens and his disposal - still made it work! Amazing job! All of the staff are very nice, everyone says Hello when you meet Them in the halls. Amazing vibe. I ordered a massage today - and it was properbly the best One I Ever had. He was so nice and professionel! Amazing job! If I didnt say it enough - this is a Amazing place, especially for dog-families. 10 stars ❤️ Thanks to all of you 🙏🏻"

"I'm picky when it comes to ski hotels, but I struck gold here. Spacious rooms, excellent food, a cosy bar and superb spa combined to create a very relaxing stay. The staff are superb, and clearly the family owners are very hands on in maintaining the quality. The pools (because one pool is just not enough!) are big enough to actually get a decent swim in, and the outdoor one is every bit as magical as the photos suggest. My favourite element was the spa. Its the best I have come across, and I spent hours in there every day. It is very well thought out and spacious. My ski holiday turned into more of a spa trip with a bit of skiing attached. The ski lift is a five minute walk away, and you can ski back to within about 100 metres of the hotel. The ski hire shop is just across the road. The village is small and quite pretty, and very quiet, which is fine by me. For a banging night-life, stay in Mayrhofen! Thankyou to all the staff, we would love to return."

"Grande hotel familiar, muito bom e limpo, grande comida, a atitude de anfitrião excepcional.Só faltamos frigoríficos na sala, mas em 3 estrelas, a pensão do hotel não é obrigatória. A área é muito montanhosa, por isso não recomendo a pessoas idosas ou com deficiência, que não gostam de montanhas (mas não é culpa do hotel), e também recomendo bicicletas electrónicas para ciclismo. Bonitos jogadores para crianças, muitos cabais ... Apreciámos nossa estadia e gostaríamos de voltar."
