Not sure how this hotel is getting such great reviews. The staff was excellent-everything else was not. It's not in a good part of town and both of the rooms I was in were infested with bugs. I did notice that it's the same couple of people who keep submitting the same high reviews every four days or so.

The customer service is great. Night shift was awesome and had me checked in quickly. I love the bed and smart TV. I enjoyed the colorful layout and the freshly paved parking lot. Will be back soon. May bring a guest with me but the solo experience gave me peace of mind.

Nice hotel, location, service, and staff. I love that it's very close to everything you need in the area. The business is clean, well-staffed, and all of the amenities are always in excellent working order. The rooms are quiet and peaceful.

As a solo female traveler I felt very safe. The rooms were better quality than a lot of Hilton and Marriott rooms I have been to. I loved having the convenience of being in the city near downtown and UA without having to pay the downtown prices. Free WiFi was awesome and near Waffle House and yum Dunkin Donuts next door as well. Staff were super friendly and I loved the room color scheme as well. Everything looks brand new here. I will definitely be back here!

Hmm. The room was clean and new-looking but everything was low quality. It was tolerable for the $71 I paid. There was no remote for the tv and the ac kept turning off because its power outlet was bad. Eventually I couldn't get it on again. The faucet in the sink was very loose -- badly installed. I've never seen a more sketchy looking bunch of fellow guests in my life. Maybe better to find a place that's not the first turn-off when you get off the highway.

My stay was great! The room was clean, bed was comfortable, the paint colors were a tiny bit gaudy, but the room itself was actually really pretty. The shower had nice water pressure, and was very well-stocked with towels. The woman at the front desk was SUPER nice. Couldn't have found a better place on a budget to stay with my girlfriend for our trip.

Room was clean and nice. Staff was good. Check in Lady had a little trouble finding my reservation. I needed a downstairs room but there wasn't one ready. Staff had just finished cleaning room we were in and she even came back to check to see if everything was ok. It was pretty noisy, but not from people at motel. We were right next to the highway. Make sure you hv $25 CASH for room deposit. If you use card it will take 5-7 days b4 you are credited. If cash is used you get it back when you check out and room is ok. (Checking for smoking, nothing broken etc). Overall it was nice. Price was great. We will probably stay again. Thanks y'all at Motel 6!!!

Television didn't work right. I think my TV was turning off/on when the person in the next room was using the remote.
I got a call in the evening that someone else's reservation was coming up under my name. Not sure why.
Terrible AC. Hot all night.
Loud person outside rooms smoking and repeatedly coughing starting at 5am (not the fault of Motel 6 I guess).
Room was clean and the staff was nice but too many problems.
