Service was fantastic! They were extra caring because we had a young child. Offered us extra bottles of water because it was so hot during our stay. Staff was very friendly (except for the restaurant staff). Breakfast although we had to pay for it had a great selection of Chinese food and was pretty good. Gym was decent. Best was the free laundry you can do. Super convenient because it was so hot you literally have to change your clothes throughout the day and with the desert activities it was nice if you didn’t bring enough clothes to wear. There’s a nice little area to walk around right near the hotel.

Wonderful hotel and experience. Upon arrival, we had been upgraded to a business suite which was incredibly large and spacious! The room was extremely comfortable and the mattress was so comfortable, it was some of the best nights of sleeping we had while traveling. The location is excellent- easy walk to the museums and markets. It’s around a 25 minute drive to the train station, less than 10 min to the Karaz museum…. Out front of the hotel fruit vendors set up in the evening and the fruit is absolutely delicious! They also have a washer/ dryer set so you can do laundry which was a huge bonus.

Nice hotel co-located with several other new hotel buildings which share the same breakfast area, restaurant and swimming pool. Nicely equipped room with small soaking pool plus patio area. The soaking pool is nice to relax in after a day of dusty sight-seeing. The daily free snacks in the room are also surprisingly good. Breakfast has a lot of food choices of moderate quality. About 10 minutes by taxi from the lively grape night market food area. Overall it certainly looked significantly nicer than the other hotels we saw in the Turpan area.

The hotel is very clean, and all facilities and equipment are fine. The front desk lady is very considerate, and she poured tea and warm mineral water for us, which is great! The breakfast is relatively simple, but tastes good. Overall, the price/performance ratio is relatively high. Parking is very convenient, and there are also food nearby. It is not far from the museum. I will choose this hotel first when I come to Turpan in the future!

After a while, I called again and said that each bottle would cost 2 yuan because there were already three bottles of water in the room. Why didn't you say it directly when you answered the phone? Are you not proficient in business? Moreover, we traveled all the way in southern Xinjiang, and the hotels we stayed in gave us 3 extra bottles of water. It's not that we have to pay for extra water. From the beginning, we were assigned the wrong room, the wrong room type, and then the waiting... the surprise we had when we saw the hotel environment before was gone. It was disappointing!
