I made a booking at this hotel on Booking. Our flight was canceled, so I messaged them and told them we would be arriving the next day. I made it clear that I still wanted to keep the reservation, and they replied saying "yes, sure". I arrived in Tunis the next day, and found out they canceled the reservation. When I asked about it, they said the employee who replied to my message probably didn't understand what I meant, which was very frustrating. If the employee did not understand what I meant, he could have simply asked or said anything, but he made me feel reassured that we would find a room although the hotel was fully booked when we arrived. We had to go to another hotel, but I still think they did not handle the situation the right way, they were not even apologetic. They took the issue so lightly and just blamed it on an employee who did not understand English!
