Excelente hotel com um serviço de primeiríssima linha, chegando lá fomos muito bem atendidos pela Rubi. Sem mencionar o Leyver que já havia ajudado a solucionar alguns problemas com o pagamento desde o Brasil. Mas todos realmente muito atenciosos. Com relação ao hotel as acomodações são excepcionais. O bar no rooftop comas sangrias são um caso a parte a vista espetacular. No mais vale muito a experiência!!!

O local é espetacular. Ficamos na suíte Nefertiti. A beleza do lugar ajuda demais. Mas, o melhor é a delicadeza e bom gosto das instalações e, principalmente, do restaurante, que tem pratos feitos de forma perfeita. Tivemos a oportunidade de conhecer o dono do local, que foi até nós ao fim da estadia e perguntou como foi a experiência. Incrível. Caso decidam ir a Tulum, esse é o lugar.

Excelente hotel…Cristina muito prestativa. Recomendo…lugar lindo…prefeito para lua de mel. Tudo impecável…atendimento, comida, café da manhã, limpeza, paisagem, mar, lugar para se retornar. Indico. Ideal alugar veículo para passear. Não percam esse paraíso privativo.

Beautiful hotel. Beautiful location, excellent staff, very comfortable room, lovely beach for swimming & snorkeling. Very good food, and the staff catered very well for us as vegetarian and vegan. great yoga classes every morning. Thanks Tommaso & Constanza for a lovely stay!

This hotel is truly outstanding from the moment you arrive , until you leave. Four perfect days here looked after by the outstanding staff and in particular Enrique Tuz. Amazing resturant and food with lots of Mexican and Italian influence. Superb breakfast too. Highly recommend.

It is the most relaxing resort tour I and my boyfriend ever had. The hotel is artistically designed. I really love the plantations which provides beauty and privacy. The place is quiet and intimate, while serving an astonishing Soliman bay view which I will never get tired of. We explore the bay by kayaking and snorkeling every day. Water is crystal blue and warm. The staff clean up sea**** and sea grass regularly so the water is very swimming friendly. Our room has a lovely balcony, pool with ocean view. Waking up in the morning is like waking in the paradise with bird singing and ocean breeze. Ruby, Brenda and all other staff are super friendly who help us schedule transpiration and arrange a nice birthday surprise for my boyfriend. Always feel relaxed and worrieless. The food and drink could be improved but it is nothing compared with the amazing view at Pandano Restaurant. Overall, the biggest attraction is that you feel you own the place with smart design, outstanding service, private beach (even the bay!) and peaceful pools (we love the rooftop pool best, nobody around and we own all the view). Great for couples who don’t like too many kids around (they are also family friendly but super well managed everyone enjoys their own tour).

We had a great 4 night stay here. Very beautiful and relaxing place. It's a bit far to leave the resort to go places but the front desk staff were all super helpful, especially Cristina! All the staff were super nice and the breakfast is AMAZING! We will miss the breakfast the most out of all the food we had. There is a reef right out front that you can snorkel and take out their kayaks.

Amazing experience all around! Ja****a is located on Solomon Bay, a quiet, private BEAUTIFUL property. Good for people who want to relax! No loud/party Tulum vibes here. The pools/beach are stunning, perfectly maintained, and the staff are attentive but give you space. The complimentary breakfast is delicious, I loved starting with the fresh fruit plate every morning. I wondered if the food would be good as I live in Toronto and feel spoiled by amazing meals everywhere I go - can confirm the food here is amazing. Just be prepared to spend $ on lunch/dinner/drinks. One cocktail is ~ 25 CAD (again, not really the place to party and drink a lot!). The rooms are comfortable, BIG, and clean. Staff are polite, and kind. Rubi, Cristina, and Leyver at the front concierge are lovely and very helpful. I asked to reserve the Shala each morning to do my own yoga practice and they kindly set it up. Thank you Ja****a for a beautiful 5⭐️ stay!

Wonderful. We loved our stay this January, such a relaxing chilled place with first class service and facilities. What’s not to love about a perfect beach location, Bali inspired features, large comfortable rooms with excellent aircon, friendly staff, a beautiful pool area and lots of other amenities. Safe too - guards at a point on the road meaning car and hotel well protected. Not that we had any worries while there the whole area felt very safe. We drove there from Cancun airport, an easy 50 min drive. To be honest Tulum itself felt a bit basic - but this hotel was excellent and the jewel in the crown was the Pandano restaurant. Superb hosting and food - we ate there most of the stay including every night - having been into town we thought the local restaurant scene pretty simple compared to the delights of the steak, pasta and Mexican food offered by Pandano. And a shout out to Pandano’s owner the entertaining Clementine. A great and generous host. I see some reviews mention this isn’t too near town - it’s 15 mins, frankly that’s ideal.
