Pontos positivos - Parques e piscinas infantis e acesso à praia.
Pontos negativos - Comida de fraca qualidade no buffet, quarto com limpeza muito deficitária, serviço de housekeeping muito básico, qualidade do serviço prestado pelos funcionários nos bares e restaurantes dependente das gorjetas dadas e por fim problemas no check-in, não nos tendo sido disponibilizado o berço solicitado aquando da reserva com 4 meses de antecipação.
Resumidamente o serviço encontra-se em declínio e ultrapassado, estando voltado para massas e não para a qualidade.

No full bar in the rooms maybe 2 beers in the fridge withe 1 pop. Walking was ridiculous. Waiting for the trolly every 10 min was not true.also pools were were so cold never got in beaches were dirty never again waste of money

Resort was good. It was advertised as an Aduts Only but was not. Too many kids. PGA Riviera Maya golf course is not worth the cost. Not a PGA quality course.

Quiet property, staff were good. Building and rooms give a bit old vibes. Beach was good but not my style. Pool was awesome. Could do some more varieties in buffet and at least different choices each day. Buffet felt like it was the same things every day. Speciality restaurants are decent. Portions could do better.
Overall, easy 4*.

We spent 9 days here over Chris**as and very much enjoyed our stay. The buffet was good, if you can’t find something to eat, you’re too picky. The restaurants were probably the best we’ve eaten at, at large all inclusives. The New Year’s Eve celebration was a lot of fun! The staff was very kind and helpful. Unfortunately a lot of guests treat them poorly though. We are planning to do the same trip next year.

Not one bad meal or bad experience of any kind.

I enjoyed my stay at the resort. The staff was friendly, and the amenities were decent. However, there were some minor issues with room cleanliness that could be improved. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience.

Fantastic family vacation! Plenty to do if you wanted with lots of entertainment. Quiet relaxing areas if the activities weren’t for you. Kids (13,12, & 9) loved it and there was plenty do them to do as well. Staff was great and engaging. Food was delicious and the beach was beautiful. Definitely something for everyone at the property. We can’t wait to come back!
