Hotel was conveniently located next to shopping and restaurants. The room was extremely clean and the beds were comfortable. Very quiet at night which made sleeping easier.

Alex greeted me with a smile and check in took very short time. Room was clean and to our surprise it was very big. The restroom was equipped as for an handicap person so it was enormous. It was easy to graduate the AC and very comfy and clean 2 queen beds. Very good breakfast! The cherry on the cake was that Alex checked on how we were doing sending text. It was a nice experience.

We had stayed at this hotel before and numerous times at Hampton Inn and have always been very pleased. Was distressing our stay on March 5,6 was not up to Hampton Inn standards. It was put out that breakfast started at 5:30 which pleased us as we had an early day ahead. We got to the breakfast area at 5:45 and very little had been set out. the front desk person said ,Oh we are getting a late start today. Another person was present but was looking at her phone and then at 6:00 set up the area. If you don't want to start till 6 that is fine but don't say you start at 5:30 when you don't. Have experienced that kind of service before but never at a Hampton Inn

It was a great room. Large & spacious. The bathroom was huge. The breakfast was very good. Great variety of things to choose from. Alex(lady) was fantastic! Very helpful.

We were in town for one of our kid’s sports event over a weekend and needed somewhere to stay. This hotel was in a great location with lots of great places to eat nearby. The breakfast was good and staff were nice. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The only problem I had was being denied my request to pay for a late check out. They explained it was due to short staffing. Other than that we had a wonderful stay and will look forward to staying there again.

Nice room. However, if the room is called a “1 bedroom” at higher rate, it should have a door for the bedroom. Misleading.
Dirt from muddy boots in lobby by elevator that was dry and swept to side the night before but not vacuumed up even in morning.
Breakfast was very good. A lot of toppings for waffles, good variety. Good coffee. Eggs, bacon, potatoes.
I wish rooms with two beds had one of them as a King. They called the bed a queen, but felt like a full/double, not queen.

Over all: very good experience. Easy to locate, check in/out, parking was lot was icy (elapsed time after storm should have been sufficient to be well cleaned)—entry way was cleaned.) Breakfast was efficiently provided and tasty. However, the dining area was cold and drafty. Valet/luggage carts were in good condition & easily accessible. Check out time was briefed as 12:00 vz 11:30.
