I guess you pay what you get. I got 2 suites at great prices & I thought since Wyndham is backing up La Quinta, it would be a great place to stay. Oh my, I was so wrong. I gave 3 stars overall bc location is great w/ lots of fast foods & restaurants within walking distances. The outside hotel & lobby look bery nice & clean, the king bed is clean & comfortable & the bathroom's clean. BUT everything else is so dirty: the hallways wall & carpet R dirty. The sofa in the room is dirty & the worst thing is the dresser. It has 4 drawers & there's hair & dirts inside!!!! Ewwww. (I took photos).
Tho 1 good note: I was surprised the free brkfst had sausage patties, scrambled eggs & english muffins w/ sausage gravy.

Central location to many necessary services i.e. dining, gas
stations, shopping. Also, (and very important) was the super
easy on/off access to main highway. We got in and out fast.

When we arrived on the evening of the 14th of December the bed sheets were soiled (scabs in the sheets) as they had not been changed. The night manager gave us sheets and pillow cases to change the bed. The next night there was no maid service. The manager did upgrade our room for that night but it we had to pack everything. There was never a manager available who could give us the compensation that was referenced the first night we were there. We called several times and even stopped by again when we were in the area but never were able to speak with a real manager. I told them I was holding back our review pending the promised compensation. Given the fact of zero follow up and no access to a real manager I will not stay there again. I will also think twice about booking anything related to Wyndham. Note, the staff on site did what they were authorized to do, but they were not able to get a response from or contact with a manager.

Couldn't use the hot tub because we arrived late, planned on using in the morning but it opens late at 10am. Other than that it was all fine

great Hotel bad staff, We stay at this hotel and was nice and clean. Employees not so nice,
We were getting breakfast and the lady was throwing everything in the trash, even we were getting some breakfast it was like a race of who was faster in getting breakfast or her throwing the stuff in the trash, this person didn’t care about the guest getting their breakfast. Time was until 9am but if you see a family trying to get their breakfast please lady have some respect or some sense and stop doing that, this was jan 17. I even saw other familys with kids trying to get some food but this lady was so fast putting everything in the trash. Food that the people who pay for the stay could eat at because they were there but she didn’t care.

Stayed for one night for a solo business trip. I was pleased as soon as I walked in: service by front desk was excellent, facilities were clean, most importantly, my room exceeded my expectations. Everything about my room felt clean, even the floors (enough to go barefoot!). It was great having complimentary breakfast the next morning before going to my meeting. I wish the fitness facilities included more than the bike, treadmill, and stairs, but it's not like I had a long trip that required use of the fitness facilities. Overall, would book again if I'm in the area!
