พนักงานข่วยเหลือดีมาก เราขอเช็คอินก่อน ( 6 โมง) จะได้ห้องสำรองแบบภาพแรกและจะได้ห้องจริงประมาณ 9-10 โมง มีอุปกรณ์ครบ ฮีตเตอร์อุ่นดี แต่น้ำไม่ค่อยร้อนเดี๋ยวร้อนเดี๋ยว้ย็น เตียงใหญ่นุ่มมาก เนักงานที่เคาเตอร์สื่อสารอังกฤษได้ดี เ้านซ้ายของรรห่างจาก sunplaza ประมาณ 2 โลนิดหน่อย เดินไปถ่ายรูปไปสบายมากๆ มีรถกอล์ฟข้างๆรรสะดวกราคาไม่แพง ด้านขวาเดินไปกั้ตกั้ตได้แต่ไกลมาก ห้องน้ำมีแปรงสีฟันยาสีฟันคอตตอนบัตสบู่แชมพูผ้าเช็ดตัวสบิปเปอร์ ปลั้กเยอะมากมีเราท์เตอร์ไวไฟในห้อง ดีเนี่ยมราคาเช็คอินล่วงหน้าไม่แพง ยอดเนี่ยม👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We are from Singapore travelling with 2A2c. We booked a room with 2 king bed which was perfect for travellers travelling with young children. Tucked away at the corner but offers good hospitality and clean room. The balcony room offers view to the lush paddy field but our view was obscure due to the mist. They clean the room everyday, heat up the room for us, replenish the drinks in the room. The hotel is also within minutes to the Yummy restaurant which is very homely and cosy and serve the best pizza (everything is handmade). We highly recommend staying in Sapa Valley View Hotel & Spa for travellers travelling as a couple and family with children.

The early days of summer in northern Vietnam are scorching hot. After spending two days in Hanoi, we headed to Sapa. Upon arrival at the hotel, we booked a 3-day, 2-night stay. Immediately, we felt the pleasant and cool atmosphere. Our room had a balcony with a mountain view, spacious and clean. Opening the balcony window, you can observe everything, from construction sites to the Fansipan cable car station, and the majestic mountains and valleys. The staff was exceptionally friendly and hospitable, helping us with our luggage and providing advice on visiting attractions in Sapa. Everything was wonderful, and we will definitely come back here.

We had such an amazing stay. The friendliest staff on our trip so far. We left for breakfast for about 40 minutes and when we were back the room was cleaned with fresh towels, new coffee and water and renewed soaps in the bathroom. It's been the cleanest place I've stayed in Vietnam. The staff went out of there way to greet us and help us out with our questions about sapa. We walked into the breakfast area to just admire the amazing view and the staff walked in to give us a fresh juice to sit down and enjoy along with some fruit, all free.

Excellent hotel service, positioning, views, and amenities. All the staff have been very friendly and helpful 24/7, providing us with free fruit and water. The position in Sa Pa was perfect to visit both Cat Cat Village and the Fansipan cable car station in one day on foot. Its close enough to city center to get great food, but also far enough from the traffic and tourism of the center. The view can see Fansipan, and he cable cars running over the valley before it, its quite beautiful. The room is comfortable, and bathroom clean. My only critique is the bed is a bit springy. Easily the best hotel I've stayed in vietnam over my 2 week holiday.

The hotel is situated at the end of the pedestrian street , about 800 meters from the ancient Sapa stone church, which you can easily reach by walking. The pedestrian street is bustling in the evenings with numerous restaurants, massage parlors, and bars. Essentially, you can find everything here. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and provided enthusiastic advice and assistance. We had a fantastic day of trekking that couldn't have been better. Wishing the hotel great success and looking forward to our next visit.

Our group of ten booked a tour through a travel agency in Hanoi to explore Sapa in April, when the weather is truly delightful. The highlight for us was staying at the Sapa Valley View Hotel. This hotel offers a majestic mountain panorama, and as the morning mist clears, the quaint town gradually comes into view. We highly recommend choosing this hotel for you stay in Sapa .
