Overall a good place to stay. We were in a lower room and was pet friendly. So maybe it needed bit more cleaning on the carpets. The beds were two singles but the bottom sheet didnt fit and puckered if you turn over as i do, so sleep could have been better

From the moment you check-in to the moment you check-out, the service was amazing. Breakfast was good, hotel and room spotless, plenty of parking and the staff are wonderful. Only a 10/15 minute walk into Truro even with the walk up the hotel's driveway. Simon made the best cocktails-well done!!

The staff were very helpful and welcoming and went above and beyond. The hotel was very smart and clean. We had a very quiet room at the rear of the hotel and the room had everything you would need. The location is perfect, only a 10 minute walk to the city centre. Plent of parking available at the hotel and the beaches were only 20 minute drive away. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice. We would definitely visit again.

Attended a works party and stayed the night, the party food was delicious and hot, the room was warm, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and I felt completely relaxed knowing that the catering staff were putting in extra safety measures to cater for my food allergy.

We had a room in the courtyard block. Room was a good size. Comfy bed, nice toiletries. Restaurant staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good with various options. Short walk into Truro centre. Would definitely recommend.

Everything about this hotel, and our stay there was excellent.
It’s just a ten minute walk into Truro, so it is conveniently located, and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else, even the price is competitive to other hotels in the area!

The most perfect hotel you could wish for.
I’ve been enjoying stays at The Alverton . The room was clean, warm and well stocked with towels etc. The staff always very friendly and beyond to make your stay perfect . There are no negatives to consider when choosing to stay at The Alverton.
