The location is excellent, the facility elite, but it's the staff that makes the experience perfect every time.

The Staff are all wonderful.
I love the hot tub and dry sauna.
The mattress quality of the beds is inferior.
The rooms are a little small for what we pay for.
The dining is exquisite, but not always what I am willing to pay for. Having a lower-priced option available would be helpful.

Great place, great location, great check in process with super sweet young man at check in. Only there one night for a quick ski trip with a friend but will likely come again. Breakfast and service at Stella was underwhelming as was the service there but the hotel was great.

I arrived at around 3pm to check in and asked if I could get an upgrade. They upgraded me to a suite with a king bed, because it was a Tuesday night and not very crowded. This is my 2nd stay here in the past few months. It is really clean and cozy. The bed is really comfortable. Good parking close by, and super friendly staff! I’ll stay here again for sure! Thanks Gravity Haus!
