"Our stay at this hotel left us feeling a bit underwhelmed. While I wouldn't go so far as to say avoid it entirely, I can't recommend it or see myself returning. The room, advertised as having a king-size bed, disappointingly turned out to be a double. Despite the hotel's emphasis on green choices, the room was unbearably warm upon arrival. We had to open both the windows and the door just to cool it down. This lack of basic comfort seemed counterintuitive to their eco-conscious branding. Furthermore, small but crucial amenities were absent, such as a hairdryer, and some lights weren't working. The absence of an in-room phone meant there was no easy way to request these missing items, adding to the overall inconvenience. The breakfast experience was equally disappointing. The so-called buffet consisted of a small, albeit pleasant, continental breakfast. However, being asked immediately upon arrival if we'd like to pay an additional £10 for a cooked breakfast made the setup feel misleading. At £14.50, the continental breakfast alone did not feel like good value.  The restaurant also had a notice about a £2.50 charge for menu amendments. While I understand the principle of upcharges, this particular policy felt excessive and off-putting. These issues were compounded by a lack of personal touches that form the foundation of good customer service. No one asked at checkout or during breakfast how our stay had been, a small but impactful gesture that could have mitigated some of our disappointments. In hindsight, I feel I overpaid by about 20-30% compared to the value I received. Knowing what I do now, I likely wouldn't have chosen this hotel for our stay."

There’s cold water swimming pool and a dingy dark room gym that can NOT be used unless the reception is open, which means you can only use the facilities for 3 hours. O meu quarto estava frio, o radiador não estava a trabalhar, mas tinha um aquecedor no lado que estava a trabalhar. O tapete estava muito sujo e eu estava gravado. Eu até me senti confortável andando nos meus socos. A água estava fria. Depois de dois chuveiros frios, tive que esperar para a recepção abrir no 16.00 para pedir a Richard para fazer algo sobre isso.De forma alguma, não há outro pessoal ou alma para ser Visto no site.O Lugar parecia abundante e muito sozinho. Com água fixa, EU consegui Duchar com calor Reservei três noites.Recebi o pequeno-almoço Na primeira manhã e arranjei o "chefe" para o pequeno-almoço Na manhã seguinte, a tempo arrancado.Eu caí para UMA cozinha escuro, nenhuma luz, nenhum sinal de vida.Nada Na área de refeição. Então EU saí para trabalhar sem comida que tinha pago. Voltei do trabalho depois de 8.30pm, então a recepção foi fechada e ninguém estava à volta que eu não podia arranjar o pequeno-almoço novamente. Então EU pago três pequeno-almoço, MAS só tive um. Não há telefone para recepção Na sala, não há números de emergência.Perguntei-me o que acontece se houver um incêndio ou um incêndio?Os terrenos estão muito desaparecidos e negligenciados Não me iria ficar aqui novamente."
