What an amazing hotel!! The hotel was so beautiful with beautiful beaches. Beautiful pools. A lot of trees. Service was amazing. Good breakfast. Comfy room and amazing view from the balcony. Also free boat service to go to a nearby island. We were sad to leave this hotel and wished we stayed longer. Really there’s nothing negative we can say about this hotel. We will definitely stay here again next time we come back to Mauritius. Oh and they also gave us a bottle of white wine in the room! Now we are staying at another 5 star hotel but Shangri-la was so much better.

Great resort with great service. Spacious and a well thought out layout, with a more ‘adults’ side a more family friendly side. Would stay again.

Le Shangri- La dispose d’une île privée, ils vous emmènent avec un petit bateau et vous pouvez passer la journée là-bas avec restaurant et transat.
C’est vraiment magnifique.
Les chambres sont bien, nous avons prit une suite qui donne accès à la plage.
Les restaurants sont très bon mais un peu chère.

Ótimas instalações, bonita envolvência, funcionários fantásticos, que tudo fizeram para que tivéssemos uma estadia memorável e para que nada nos faltasse. Dispõe de uma ilha privada, com uma praia magnífica, onde é possível nadar e fazer snorkling, bem como almoçar. Nota máxima para o funcionário Heeroo, pela sua disponibilidade, educação e boa disposição! O hotel dispõe de 3 restaurantes, para além do principal, onde se pode jantar com reserva prévia. Apreciamos os três, mas salientamos o japonês, onde degustamos um sushi divinal! Viajámos em regime de Pensão Completa (por não disporem do regime Tudo Incluído), pelo qual pagámos um suplemento bastante considerável. Sabíamos que teríamos que pagar as bebidas, mas ficámos muito desagradados com o facto de não termos acesso aos melhores pratos das ementas, sem pagarmos mais um suplemento. Se nos restringirmos aos pratos disponíveis sem suplemento, a alimentação durante uma semana torna-se repetitiva e desinteressante. Os preços da alimentação e das bebidas são bastante elevados em todos os restaurantes.

Hotel e um verdadeiro oasis, no início não achei que seria tão bom, mas aos poucos fui conhecendo o resort, quarto enorme e confortável, piscinas de água aquecida, praias particulares, ilha particular com transporte gratuito de barco, água mineral e toalhas gratuitas na praia, piscina e ilha. Serviço é maravilhoso, chegando na ilha nos receberam com toalhas para lavar as mãos, pediram o óculos de sol para limpar e jogaram um janto de água de spray para lavar da maresia. Arrumam a cama, tolha na cadeira na praia e piscina, só faltam carregar no colo. Tem 4 ou 5 restaurantes, sendo um buffet de comida internacional. Melhor serviço da vida.. top Nota mil 😍🥰

From the moment we entered this hotel we knew it would be somewhere special. The attention to detail, the exquisite floral displays all around the hotel and grounds are so easy on the eye. The people are so helpful and will go above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best experience. Every day we would receive a message on WhatsApp to ask is all is ok and any thing we would like. Happy Hour on the Frangipani wing was such a highlight, we met some lovely people, the music was top class, perfect way to socialise and share experiences. This was out first visit, next visit (and there is one booked) we will make sure we do more ie visit places of interest and use the amazing spa more AND exercise more while admiring the beautiful grounds. We celebrated our 55th wedding anniversary a couple of weeks prior to arrival, there was a bottle of champagne in the room then they surprised us one evening after dinner with a beautiful cake and decorated bed. Le Toussrock we thank you so much for all you have done for us. Our only regret is we wished we had been visiting years before.

I stayed with my family at Vila 400 at the Shangri-La Le Touessrok for 9 days and had the most wonderful time. We were completely spoilt by Grisele and his butler team at the Vila. Medgee, Dan, Avi, Rishi, Sweta and Tony were superb. They went above and beyond to make sure we had the most special holiday possible. Nothing was too much for them and they worked so hard to make sure we didn’t have to worry about a thing. They brought us any food and drink we wanted, did our washing, kept the Vila immaculately clean at all times and organised all of our reservations, golf and trips. They organised banners and cake for my birthday one night, a BBQ at our request another and a special last meal with any food that we wanted. They are genuinely lovely people who cared a lot about us enjoying our trip. We hope to see them all again soon and we hope they get the recognition they deserve. The Vila itself was stunning with the most perfect view of the sea. The rooms were incredible and the sunbeds so comfortable. The swimming pool was also a lovely temperature and so well maintained like the rest of the Vila. Everything was luxury and would 100% recommend.
