Mr. Delen (Restaurant Supervisor) and Mr. Nimal (waiter) made our stay exceptional, always approached us with a smile and attentive to our query and service. Both are a good asset to your Resort. 💯💞

Went to Becosy from December 18 to 21, had a wonderful time enjoying the hotel. Chef Patrick's food was awesome. The services overall were great, clean hotel, courteous staff. Best children swimming pool ever that children can enjoy without having parents stressing. Sharon

Was a nice hotel overall. Facilities were nice and staff friendly. Location was perfect and overall we had a nice stay there. Value for money. Highly recommended. We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and we were very satisfied.

The Be Cosy Apart Hotel was big enough to provide comfort and good space but felt intimate and quiet enough to have down time and relax. The pool was central to the hotel, with a swim up bar and very friendly service. The location is right at the heart of Trou aux Biches, close to beach and local shops and restaurants, which offer great food and service. The Wellness Spa was not available at time of our visit, apparently under renovation, so hope opens again soon. There was a couple of dive shops nearby, one of which used the pool for lessons - we didn't participate, but would consider doing so if came again.

Booked here as the location was excellent and allowed us to be flexible with our travel plans/touring. The hotel is situated in one of the best locations in Mauritius 🇲🇺 Troux Aux Biches beach is across the road whilst Mount Choisy beach and Grand Baie are a few minutes away by either bus or car 🚗. Please note the below and prepare accordingly with your luggage if the room assigned to you is not on ground level👇🏽: As our rooms were on the 1st floor, the staff member Sahil assisted us with 1 bag but took a roundabout trip up and down stairs that didn’t have any level walkway or flat surface to pull luggage bags 💼. This meant both my wife and I carrying our heavy luggage bags up and down stairs 😳😮I had to assist her and was very disappointed that no consideration was given by the hotel as to how guests are expected to carry luggage bags if you were assigned rooms on the 1st and 2nd floors (guests on the ground floor had easy access wigh walkways that allowed them to just pull their luggage easily). To add to this, there really was no staff to assist and the same thing happened on checkout - which was disappointing. The walkways behind the hotel also were just footsteps and didn’t have a smooth walkway for bags, likewise with the big stairs that we found out later in our trip. Absolutely not guest friendly. Devika was an absolute star ⭐️ She could speak English and advised us on the bus routes, restaurants etc. she always gave us wonderful service. Sahil, as we discovered later in the trip, didn’t understand much English and that was concerning as there are just as much English guests as there are French speaking guests. He often didn’t understand our minor complaints and we had to wait a lot for someone who could speak English to assist us 🤷‍♂️however he was helpful and tried his best 🫡 The rooms were pretty decent and served it’s purpose. We literally used it to sleep and get ready for our adventures. It had cutlery and a stove/fridge etc. so quite handy for people who wanted to self cater. The bathroom could do with an upgrade tho but it was neat. Was just disappointed with the hot water system as they used solar. On a few occasions, there was no hot water and the only solution they could provide was giving you another room to shower (didn’t take that up as it’s bothersome to uproot your belongings and use another room on the other side of the hotel). They really need to come with better solutions. What made it worse is that even though it was the Mauritian winter and it is hot. The evenings and water can get cold and it is not ideal to have a cold shower. The property itself was well maintained and the pool and loungers were really nice. The restaurant was very pricey and it was often better to experience the restaurants around the area for variety and value. The guests are generally well behaved and the hotel ground/pool area has a nice ambiance. Very lovely for relaxing 😌 Once again, we enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t mind spending a few n

The room apartment was excellent and bathrooms were cleaned and well maintained. The staff whether from the Reception or at the Restaurant as well as its bar was excellent, very friendly and delivery good service. Food Buffet was great for dinner and breakfast. The pool was great. Very good price I got for the family package. In all, the hotel was amazing and value for money. Will surely recommended for a stay with your close ones.

Be Cosy was exactly what we wanted for our holiday. The location is amazing, only a couple of minutes' walk to the beautiful beach, and the hotel itself was excellent. It was great to be able to choose accommodation options, from Room Only to All Inclusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our (too short!) stay there.

Brilliant location, duplex style apartments with private garden for our family of 4 was perfect. We stayed in unit 11. Be Cosy offers full board options and self catering which is great for fussy eaters. Authentically Mauritian buffet with many options for breakfast and dinner (we opted for half board). Great Souvenir restaurant 100m from the resort. Supermarket Chez Popo 7 min walk. Beautiful Trou aux Biches main beach 200m from the resort with the best sunsets! And on the bus route. Duplex option had two single beds upstairs with shower, a single bed sleeper couch in the lounge for a 5th family member that doubles up as a couch. Main bedroom with king bed with shower downstairs and separate toilet. All modern and refurbished. Request for more pillows as there is only 1 pillow allocation per person. Also remember to purchase your own dishwashing tablets. Lovely pools, open layout, really great option for families.

We stayed for 7 nights at this hotel. We found the room well equipped and the staff great, especially the ones in the dining area. The hotel is set in beautiful gardens making one feel we were in paradise. The locality of the hotel is excellent for taking the buses, which run every 15 minutes, to many areas. We are not lounging round the pool type folks, so we travelled extensively on the buses and experienced local life. There is a lovely supermarket not far from the hotel called "PoPo" which we went to a few times. We will definitely return to this hotel when "our ship comes in". Well done to everyone at Be Cosy - you are doing a great job.
