Hotel Samerhof

The customer service was excellent - starting with speedy responses to our many queries during the booking process. Throughout our stay, all the staff were helpful and kind - in spite of our limited ability with the German language. The food was excellent and the staff managed to accommodate our varied dietary requirements - gluten-free, milk allergy, pescatarian. The Kid's Club facilities were impressive and the staff were brilliant at entertaining a 2 year old - while the rest of us had dinner. The hotel exceeded our expectations - modern and clean throughout. Our Maxi 3 apartment was ideal and furnished to a very high standard and the Skypool was an unexpected bonus.

This is very nice, not too big hotel. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The manager is all the time going around and trying to help. The food is very good, with lot of choice and specialities. There is a big playing room for children of all ages.

The most warm and cosy place we have stayed for a winter vacation. This hotel was huge surprise since we did not expect such great level of service from a small boutique hotel. I must assert that the staff was really nice and pleasant, solving every problem and meeting all demands, which was quite unusual for us in Austria :). Moreover, the food was like in Michelin star restaurant! There were great amenities for children and the location is priceless! Highly recommending it!

Hervorragendes Essen und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Hotel ist eine gute Mischung aus Moderne und rustikalem Flair. Der Wellnesbereich ist sauber und fein. Für Kinder wird ein nettes Programm geboten. Skidepot am Milleniums Express.

We waren met 3 families samen op vakantie en het was super!! Grote ruime en propere kamers, lekker eten en vriendelijk personeel! De kleine kids kunnen spelen in de binnenspeeltuin en de teenagers hangen samen in een kamer voor hen, mooie wellness, voor ieder wat wils! Bedankt! Het was top!

Già prima di arrivare lo staff si è preso cura di noi. Tante informazioni condivise e disponibilità a supportare le nostre richieste ben prima del nostro arrivo in struttura. Le attività offerte dall'hotel sono varie e ben organizzate così come spazi e servizi. Bettina, col suo sorriso e la sua cortesia ha reso le nostre cene ancora più piacevoli e divertenti. Consiglio a tutti di provare i massaggi in struttura, una coccola effettuata da mani d'oro. La colazione è eccellente, ce n'è per tutti i gusti. Anche il servizio al lago è allineato al resto della struttura. Peccato essere rimasti soltanto una settimana. La zona, come l'hotel, offre servizi e attività per tutti i gusti e si ha davvero l'occasione di accontentare tutta la famiglia con la possibilità di fare attività varie, divertenti, a contatto con la natura per ritrovare la corretta armonia. Insomma, lo consiglio certamente! Bravi, continuate così e grazie per averci regalato una settimana splendida.

Family hotel ideale per una vacanza in montagna con bambini , situato in un' ottima posizione con molti servizi in zona primo tra tutti il millenium express . La struttura offre molti servizi per i bambini anche piccoli , ha un area giochi molto curata , i servizi offerti sono molti ,e il personale si è sempre dimostrato cordiale e disponibile nonostante qualche nostra diffcoltà con la lingua. L opzione all inclusive offre una grande varietà di cibi di ottima qualità , con particolare attenzione alla cena che offre la possibilità di scelta tra vari piatti del che variano ogni giorno . Il personale di sala è molto cordiale e disponibile ad ascoltare le esigenze dei clienti , anche per ibambini la scelta di piatti è vasta . Presente anche un ottima scelta di cocktail per la sera anche per i più piccoli . l hotel organizza molte attività per bambini e ragazzi come un giro a cavallo o uno show di magia , truccabimbi e babydance molto divertente l pista di kart a pedali situata in prossimità dell' hotel . Una nota negativa è stata la piscina , con l' acqua un po troppo fredda .

Wir waren bereits letztes Jahr im Hotel Samerhof und haben uns auch dieses Mal wieder rundum Wohlgefühl! Von der Ankunft bis hin zur Abreise war es einfach wieder perfekt - vor allem für unsere Kinder (7 und 3 Jahre alt) gab es wieder täglich abwechslungsreiches und tolles Programm! Das ganze Personal - von der Putzfrau bis hin zum Chef ist überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und nett! Das Essen ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich und für jeden was dabei, die Zimmer sind sehr schön und sauber! Die Gegend ist auch sehr schön und für allerlei Unternehmungen geeignet! Wir waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal bei euch!!!

Wir waren mit insgesamt 6 Kindern zwischen 8 und 13 Jahren für 3 Nächte im Samerhof. Es ist für jedes Alter etwas dabei, auch wir Erwachsene hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt! Besonderer Pluspunkt das Getränke-All-Inklusive, könnte event. bis 23:00 Uhr (Ende Barbetrieb) verlängert werden. Beim Essen-All-Inklusive wäre es gut, wenn am Nachmittag beim Seebuffet auch etwas "Saures" angeboten werden würde, ansonsten waren wir mit dem Angebot und der Qualität der Speisen sehr zufrieden. Der Pool im Hotel ist sehr klein, aber der Strand am Presseggersee dafür sehr schön, nicht zu groß. Rundherum war es aber ein sehr schöner, angenehmer und lustiger Kurzurlaub.
