Good experience overall. bed and room was nice and clean. person on site were nice . very good breakfast with good quality. we will recommand to our friends. location is good because it is close to the highway.

Hotel location is good, the reception service is very good, because the booking on the booking, a small mistake at the beginning, and later the front desk helped us solve, thank you! The shortcoming is that the room is not soundproof.

I cannot say enough about this hotel & it’s employees. We originally planned to stay 3 nights to move our daughter into her dorm room (U of Ottawa), which was only a 5 minute drive from the hotel. Due to some complications with our daughter’s dorm room we ended up having to extend our stay for one more night….and then one more night after that. Despite having to extend our stay twice, the staff was extremely accommodating and while we did have to move rooms once (our fault), the staff made sure that it was as seamless as possible, allowing us to stay in our old room until the new one was ready. Since we booked our room through an online hotel booking site, rather than through the hotel directly, we normally would have had to check out & then come back later in the afternoon to check into our new room (again completely our fault and decision). Thankfully Abdul from the front desk arranged for us to stay in our current room so we didn’t have to go through that hassle. As for the rooms themselves, they are great, very clean, comfortable, spacious, plus having a full kitchen AND a washer & dryer in the room was a huge benefit. We’ve stayed in several other hotels that offer ‘suites’, but they didn’t have the amenities or space this hotel offers. Having on-site underground parking was a bonus, especially considering the limited parking in this area & that there are several restaurants & stores right outside the hotel. Furthermore, every staff member we encountered was extremely pleasant, helpful & never made us feel like we’re asking too much, whether it was asking for an extra coffee pack, directions/suggestions for restaurants or in our case moving room etc.,. The only thing we would change would be booking with the hotel directly, instead of using one of the online hotel booking sites as we unfortunately did. We didn’t save any money using the site & it would’ve made things a lot easier if we just booked directly with the hotel. We will definitely stay here again & would recommend this hotel.

We've had the pleasure of staying here 7 times from July 2019 to this week (late May 2021). The staff, facilities, price, and comfort keep us coming back. We've enjoyed the hotel pre-pandemic and during the pandemic. Service has always been excellent and meeting safety standards. We've also enjoyed the gym and pool. During the pandemic, the gym and pool are open by reservations. Nous avons apprécié l'hôtel avant la pandémie et pendant la pandémie. Le service a toujours été excellent et conforme aux normes de sécurité. Nous avons également apprécié la salle de sport et la piscine. Stayed here for two nights on Canada road trip. Hotel is well positioned in the small town of Trois Rivières down by the river. Is a short walk to the main food & drinks area. Room was large and well appointed. Hotel is part of a conference center so always felt busy. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking plentiful and convenient underground or above. Bar staff were friendly as were breakfast staff. Breakfast is a la carte and what we had was very tasted and decent price. If in the area again would definitely stay here again.

I had a nice stay in this hotel. The staff are nice and they can speak english. The room is sparkling clean and the bed is so nice. The restaurant in the jotels offers delicious food in buffet and affordable price. The hotel is also located in the heart of the downtown so you can visit their tourist attraction in trois rivière easily.

Everything about the hotel was great. The staff did their best to speak English with us. The people at the front desk were cheerful as well as helpful. The room was clean and the atmosphere gave a homey feel. Breakfast was ordered the night before and picked up in the morning due to Covid protocals. We ate in our room. It was easy to find.

We had an impromptu trip into Trois Rivieres to visit our son who was send there for work from Alberta. Did not know what to expect in the room but was pleasantly surprised with it size and comfort and with the sofa included came back to our room to talk. The only down side was the lacking of hot items on the breakfast selection and the taxes on the room (even the tourist tax has provincial taxes on it)

I’m so thrilled with my stumble upon Montfort. The history of the magnificent building was what first awestruck us. It’s just breathtaking. Everything exceeded my expectations. Everything was so clean, the staff were genuine, welcoming, and accommodating (everyone seemed very happy). We don’t speak much French but communication was never a problem. The amenities like the giant rooftop hot tub, REAL breakfast, and the spa included in your stay absolutely blew me away. I could go on about the spa for days; clean, spacious, luxurious. I couldn’t believe I was paying the same for this absolutely perfect hotel stay as I did for any of the other hotels on our trip. Affordable. Comfortable. Outstanding!!
