為了趕飛機離機場近換的這家酒店，前一天晚上再三確認第二天早上5點需要去機場，前台説肯定可以，已經安排了，但第二天早上5點到了前台，司機不在，前台説她也不知道司機在哪兒，説她再聯繫司機，衹發訊息不打電話，等了很久也沒有消息，很無語，衹能自己約了個Uber的車去機場，一點兒歉意都沒有！酒店周邊啥都沒有～

Well located hotel. I appreciated the free shuttle to the airport. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Room was nice, bed comfortable. Cleanliness could be improved and coffee was not great.

Stay was good. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was ok but definitely could be better. The pillows were the worst of the whole stay. Staff and hotel itself was delightful.

NO electrical outlet in bathroom, NEVER has this happened in our lifetime what the hell???
Mattresses are old, have saggy uncomfortable areas, we slept POORLY, and trash cans are just too small

I don't like that the carpets are visibly stained. I'm cool with pets having one myself but they should put those guest in different rooms or carpet clean monthly

poor front desk reception and customer service
had food delivered, front desk lost/misplaced it
no folio or receipt of stay provided - front desk was not able to print, said they will email, which they never did. I called and chatted with online support multiple times, no help. hotel never sent the receipt. terrible service all over!! will not be staying at this hotel again.

This property is completely rundown and outdated. It needs many upgrades, including fresh carpeting, and a fresh coat of paint. When I was there only one elevator was working. There is a lot of traffic and volume of people. The property was rather noisy. I would not stay here again.
