We loved our condo! Beautifully appointed, lovely view, comfortable beds. We were only able to stay one night, but would love to stay longer next time. Only one small complaint: the bathroom shower had a malfunction. But once we notified the front desk, they assured us that they would fix it right away. We will be back

We stayed for one week in the bay side building. I think the view there was far better than the ocean front building. We saw dolphins swimming everyday, beautiful birds and amazing boats sailing by, very relaxing. We arrived a little early but the front desk were able to get us into our room quickly. Room was clean, beds comfortable, kitchen fully stocked. Pool was on the small side but clean and the hot tub was great at the end of the day. We did not rent a car and found many restaurants/bars within easy walking distance, the trolley was also available on a frequent schedule. Only small criticism was noise up above from chairs scraping, an easy fix if they add some felt pads. Ocean front building had a great roof top deck for sunsets. I would love to return again this winter.

Just about to leave after a lovely 6 night stay, Great position apartments ~ ours had beautiful beach views, watched dolphins in the ocean from balcony. Clean and spacious although the second bedroom is smaller and not en-suite. The apartments are great to two couples sharing. Allocated parking spot. Restaurants and a publix are walkable. Ricky Ts is good for live music, food and cocktails. We liked it better than sloppy joes. Beach access, pool, hot tub we didn’t use pool & hot tub as our weather was unseasonably chilly! Reception were friendly and helpful, although they aren’t serviced daily, midway through our 6 night stay, they called us, asking did we need anything, so we had fresh towels, more coffee etc delivered to us. Good place to stay in treasure island

We really enjoyed our stay at Provident Oceana BeachFront Suites! The views were beautiful! The accommodations were spectacular and spacious and so close to shopping and entertainment. We will be staying there again!

We loved our clean room and the beautiful view of the Gulf. The staff was accommodating. We weren't found of Treasure Island it self but this place made it all better. Rooms are non smoking which made us happy and there's a hot tub. ❤️

The view was wonderful but available at other lodging for a lower price. The unit master bathroom had a vanity much too small for a couple or even a single women. The shower in the master bath had no shelf therefore your soap, shampoo etc must be put on the floor. The couch was so uncomfortable no one sat on it. There was no information , such as television channels, what was available to occupants. The rugs in both bedrooms were stained. The grounds were not landscaped and there was a pool not large enough to do laps. Bring your own beach chairs as they must be rented if available.

Great location. Wonderful view of the gulf and/or bay. We actually stayed on the bayside and enjoyed the view better over the gulf side. Pool was heated. Hot tub was nice. Size of condo was nice for 4 ppl. Kitchen stocked. Would only suggest a grill on location.

I wish I would have listened to others reviews prior to booking. Check in was quick and easy. Unfortunately, upon entering our excitement quickly ended. We rented a two bedroom oceanfront unit. The floors were not cleaned, there was visibly large chunks of dirt/lint throughout the entire unit. In the master bedroom we found sunflower shells randomly all over the floor, the bathroom sink had smears all over it. We found several dirty dishes in the cupboards and spent the first two days killing multiple bugs in the unit. We bought cleaning products and disinfected/cleaned everything ourselves. By the end of the stay we were no longer finding bugs. I must say the location and proximity to the beach was great...I just wish it hadn't ended there.

The check in process was terrible. Once I was finally checked and received the keys after 4pm the keys did not work. There was someone parked in our parking spot for hours and the front desk staff had no idea what to do or how to handle it. Location of the room was good but it was such a hassle getting checked in that I would never stay again.
