Hotel Indigo Traverse City

Stay was great. Must pay for parking, hotel does not have a parking lot. Service was amazing, staff was great.

Great stay at the Indigo! Very friendly staff! Loved the entertainment on Saturday in the bar area and the breakfast on Sunday morning. We will be coming back!

A wonderful hotel! Updated decor throughout. I was a little surprised that I had to pay for parking.....this was unexpected. I had no choice but to use the valet service. Everyone was very professional and kind, it was just an unexpected expense. This would not deter me from staying at this facility again in the future.

We love the Indigo and have stayed there multiple times. Delicious restaurant although wish it was full service as the line to order breakfast can get very long. All staff has been amazing every time we visited except for last week. We were in a a group of 6 and visited the bar area Thurs-Sat night. The bartender, Steven, was disinterested, aloof and borderline rude each night. Wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt that he was having a bad night but it happened 3 nights. Very disappointing.

Good location and priced well. We appreciated the live music in the bar on Saturday night too!

Great location and proximity to downtown. Staff was super helpful and courteous! Room was modern and spacious.Hotel bar on site had live music - very chill and inviting atmosphere. Only con...an event/banquet room located directly below us with a DJ going for multiple hours. Luckily it stopped at 11pm, but it was hard to hear the TV through the noise.

Indigo is a very well kept property. It is clean and modern. The location is so convenient. You can easily walk to a lot of places. The staff was very friendly. I like that they offer a happy hour and live music in the lounge. The only con I had during my stay was the noise. I had a bay view room and the noise from the road was loud all night long. Next time I will try a city view room and hopefully that will help.

The staff was very friendly and very accomodating. Check in and check out was very easy and having the availablity to valet our car was good as there is no parking hardly at around there. So it was definitely worth it.

Clean, super comfortable beds, great atmosphere in the lobby. We loved our stay.
