It is an excellent place, even for families. It is close to the train station, and every spot in Trani is close, less than a 15-minute walk. The breakfast is amazing, like a buffer. I enjoyed my five-day reservation.

歐洲房間就是比較小，但是衞生打掃還是比較乾淨，早餐很喜歡吃他們的火腿肉，味道遠遠比南部的好吃😋。

sono sconcertata da un episodio successo in struttura ma soprattutto della risposta data dal direttore dell'hotel sia personalmente li in struttura che in seguito ad recensione fatta sul sito. abbiamo prenotato per una notte con colazione e mandato mail per garantire un servizio "normale " essendo celiaca. arrivati in struttura ( molto datata ed per nulla pulita) ho nuovamente sottolineato la mia allergia oramai nel 2023 ben conosciuta , garantendomi di non preoccuparmi. bene, arrivata in sala colazione mi guardo attorno ma assolutamente non c'era nulla che avesse digitura senza glutine se non della frutta acerba e marmellata da mangiare con cosa???? il personale di sala era in forte disagio perché non erano stati avvisati e mi hanno portato un pacchettino di biscotti al cioccolato che non possono piacere a tutti! tutto qui! questa la mia colazione pagata come tutti! chiaramente mi sono lamentata x il disagio e mi sono sentita pure aggredita dal direttore sottolineando che la struttura non è a 5 stelle! mah! ora una comune persona celiaca deve essenzialmente prenotare un 5 stelle?bastava dire MI DISPIACE!invece ha pensato bene di rispondere alla mia recensione con una bugia da brivido! mi ha accusata di averlo fatto x ricevere uno sconto!! ma quale sconto? ma possibile che diano in mano una struttura IBIS ad una persona così superficiale? un bel bagno di umiltà e' proprio quando ci si sente arrivati arriva la domanda a sorpresa! ...senza sensibilità.

La struttura è datata, ma poco male perché ha un'ottima posizione. Il problema è che la pulizia lascia molto a desiderare, scale sporche e piene di polvere, bagno indecente da sembrare non pulito affatto. Scelgo sempre catene alberghiere anziché b&b perché ho la garanzia che determinati standard vengono sempre rispettati anche in un 2 stelle, ma stavolta mi sono sbagliata.

A warm welcome at reception. Easy check in. Room on 4th floor was a reasonable size though quite dated. Everything you need for a short stay, fridge, safe, large tv (unfortunately not 1 channel in English). Needed to tuck the blackout curtains onto the window ledge to work. Room serviced daily. Lovely breakfast. Cereals, ham, bacon, cheese, boiled eggs, bread. Fruit juices, water and tea & coffee. Selection of fresh fruit and yoghurts and a very good range of cakes. One thing I would have liked was a decent size tea cup/mug for my breakfast tea…large paper cups were available though. Good size underground car park, entrance and exit is a little tight for larger cars. Close to the harbour, restaurants and bars and the railway station. Overall a pleasant stay.

A very modest accommodation-I’m extremely surprised it has a three star rating. Tiny room-clearly meant for quick stopovers only. Mediocre breakfast-an additional charge is applied for espresso or cappuccino. Unless you want to be directly on the train tracks - keep looking. If you are claustrophobic - keep looking.

Situated close to the train station this 3 is a typical 3 star hotel ~ the rooms are small and the ensuite is minuscule. Having said that the room does contain everything you need including a refrigerator. The reception staff are helpful and the buffet breakfast is good.

We stayed here with a small group tour. Positives - it’s very close to the train track and has a large reception area to sit. Easy walk to the town as well. Our room was quite small and wifi did not work at all in our room. Staff did their jobs but did not seem overly happy about doing so. If you just need a room close to the train for a quick trip this would be ok.
