My first time to have seen a hotel not offering an iron!!!furthermore, it asks the tenants to pay for the ironing service! No shower caps !! However, the staff is friendly and helpful. They never hesitated to offer help when needed. Nevertheless, they need to excel their services

The hotel rooms were excellent in terms of comfort, facilities and cleanliness. When we entered the hotel, they did not treat us properly, especially since we had made a reservation in the hotel system, one of the novice employees was not able to find our reservation and did not treat us properly. In most hotels, even three-star hotels, staff are trained to treat hotel guests properly. The location of the hotel is relatively far from the city center, but the park near the hotel is suitable for exploring and enjoying the sea.

No food nor water is allowed in the hotel, and you have to throw in the trash bin under the strict observation of the reception staff. If by any chance you could sneak a water bottle to your room and you forgot to hide it in the locker, then the cleaning staff finds it, you will be called out by the reception with a threatening tone. We have discovered that our clothes were searched in the suitcase by the cleaning staff,, they were looking for food leftovers or water bottles to report.There is no any written policy online instructing guests not to bring water bottles. Reception staff Mr. Burak was very rude with zero people skills. He threatened my wife and daughters with very rude communication skills (child behaviour). There is no way that we will come back to this dungeon!

The reception where so kind and helpful the whole hotel was so cleane and room was perfect .. and the place of hotel was amazing it has sea view and it’s surrounded by so many cafes and restaurants and you have to eat there breakfast bcoz it’s amazing 😍😍

We stayed at hotel for 7 nights. Starting with positive, the hotel is so clean and the interior design is comfy and cozy. BUT the receptionist staff does not know how to deal with people especially the night shift. First they don’t speak english. When we checked in they gave us the room keys without telling us any info about the hotel. I had to call them to ask about wifi and breakfast and the female receptionist was so unwelcoming. Generally the hotel staff will be the first who deal with after long trip and having a smile won’t harm! I called room service twice the other night to order food and there was no response. Booking a 5 stars hotel means to have 5 stars trea**ent which is not applied in this hotel. Breakfast is fine and the staff in the restaurant are friendly. Would not come back again or recommend as customer service for me is the deal breaker.

Otel Ortahisar gibi merkezi bir konumda. Odaları geniş ve yeni. Temizlikle ilgili bir problemle karşılaşmadım. Kahvaltı ramazan olması nedeni ile sahurda odaya getirildi. ***et doyurucu, lezzetli ve özenli hazırlanmıştı. Sorduğum sorulara çalışanların verdiği karşılıklar olumlu ve yardımseverdi. Yastık kalitesini bir tık iyileştirdiklerinde sorun kalmayacaktır.

Trabzon'da daha önce başka otellerde de kaldım .hatta dünyada bir çok otelde kaldım.vale arkadslardan reception görevlisine mutfak şefinden Hk personeline garsonundan karşılamada ki hostesine kadar çok teşekkür ediyorum.ulkemde hizmet sektöründe size rol yapmayan gerçekten samimi ve içtenlikle kendimi otelde misafir gibi hissettiğim duygusunu bana yasattirdilar.yardinci olmak için koşturan nö.mudur Muhammet bey.fa**a chef le tanışma fırsatım oldu.ama diğer depar**an müdürleride eminim onlar gibidir.birde bu arkadaşları seçen üst yönetime teşekkürler.odalar restorant lobby zaten mükemmel.ama bence en önemlisi çalışanların güzelliği.otel güzel calisanlar asik süratli ve ilgisiz olunca otelin güzelliği.banyoda sınırsız buklet malzemede olsa hicbirseyin kıymeti yok.supersiniz tekrar tşkler 🙏🙏🙏♥️
