I was a little disappointed in the hotel. I’ve stayed there in past and lived nearby so would meet friends there. It is amount the the most expensive hotels in St. Louis and would expect that level of performance. The bar personnel were friendly and efficient the desk people not so much. Check in went ok but when I got to the room I found the phone on the desk along wit the charger did not work. On my way to the bar I. Stopped and asked the desk to get it fixed and borrow a charger. The female clerk was not able to anything because they did not have a charger for my I phone but she would get maintainence to look at it. Got back from dinner and still no charger. Called desk and male clerk informed me that none of the chargers in the hotel worked but if I came down he would get me one. He was not able to have delivered. At your price level one would expect the hotel to inform you that the chargers don’t work and offer an alternative, at check in. Why the unnecessary hassle?

Very nice location. Away from congestion. Lots of comfy common areas. Close to area shopping and restaurants. Favorite place to stay when here overnight in Chesterfield Mo

We were impressed with the safe location, friendly service, restaurant, easy parking and everything we needed for our stay! After a long drive, it was nice to get a meal without leaving the hotel, and we enjoyed our hamburgers. Maybe the rooms weren’t the most modern but everything was clean and of good quality. Would stay here again!

Nice upscale hotel. Surrounding property was lovely, in a corporate park, so on weekends very quiet. Nice pool and walking path.

Room hot for two nights. The guy came the first morning when we returned late still hot in there. No towels available. I Wendy down stairs the clerk said I would get some never received them. I paid a lot and got very little.

We called prior to booking asking if we can check in before 3 clock, the gentleman who answered the phone at the front desk was so kind and said ok no problem if you check in after 12:30.
When we arrived around 1:00 pm there was a woman at the front desk was very rude she kept saying no we can't check you in before 4:00 pm
