As the picture shows, this is an IHG hotel in an architecturally lovely building on one corner of Place du Capitole, the main square in Toulouse which also houses the Town Hall, many bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. The staff are very friendly and polite and always wishing to help whether at Reception, the Bar or on Housekeeping duty. The bedrooms ( we had 536 ) which had 2 double beds, tv, fridge with daily water, tea / coffee station, a very comfortable armchair, desk and office chair. The bathroom was standard and met expectations. Housekeeping was excellent. The lounge / bar area was rather quaint but adequate and a fitness room was in the basement ( we did not use ). Breakfast was also downstairs and consisted of a hot / cold buffet style with a selection of cereals, fruit/ breads /pastries etc. Egg options available on request. Similar every day but more than adequate. Top Tip - if travelling from the airport, take the Tram ( T1 ) to Arenes and then transfer to the Metro to Capitole and then a short 5 minute walk to Place du Capitole and the hotel ( ticket 1.70 euros ...taxi 25 euros ! ) The hotel is also near all the main attractions with the main railway station about 20 mins away via Joan of Arc Square. Finally, the FREE electric minibus passes through the Square every 15 mins. Wave it down to stop and then enjoy a gratis tour of Toulouse to get your bearings. It will even stop just outside the hotel. Enjoy.

The house is very spacious. More spacious in the kitchen. You can cook your own food. There are also free coffee and tea to drink in the downstairs. The coffee is not bad. It is the kind of coffee machine. Just under 6 days, there is no variety of services for cleaning and changing towels! The hotel is not considered to be cleaned for three days for short-term visitors. And the check out time is obviously 11 o'clock, I have asked in advance, and Ctrip wrote 11:00, when the lady told me, you should check out at 10 o'clock, check out time is 10 o'clock, exposed Very embarrassing expression.

The location of the hotel is good, and a mask was given when checking in! The room is a bit small! Replace the cups with disposable items. It is understandable to keep everything simple during the epidemic, but the front desk said that they needed something to be delivered to the room by phone, but they called and said they had to go downstairs to get it.

I’d definitely recommend staying at this hotel when in Toulouse. It’s in the perfect position within close walking distance of the historic areas, good restaurants and the shops. The staff are particularly helpful and friendly. One young man on reception helped my husband gain access to our suitcase when we couldn’t get the lock open. What a hero! The breakfast is good, the room is peaceful and quiet and the shower and towels are luxurious. We’ll be back in Toulouse soon, again visiting our family, and know where we’ll be staying!

We stayed here for two nights whilst settling our daughter into Toulouse university. The front desk staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great location right in the main square of Toulouse. We were upgraded to a better room which was a lovely surprise. The room was beautiful and comfortable. My only slight criticism was that because its an old building the floor boards were quite creaky and we could hear the people in the room above walking about during the night - but maybe they were just very stomping guests . Highly recommend this charming hotel, thank you for looking after us so well.

Was up in NY for graduation ceremony with our family and had the double suite with a separate living room and kitchenette. Very helpful and pleasant staff, excellent neighborhood with lots of great restaurants. And washer /dryer available is a big plus

Before booking the Toulouse Hotel, I arrived late at night, so the taxi transportation was ambiguous, so I called the hotel and asked, but the kindness of the staff was different from that of other hotels, so I made a reservation right away. Even after booking, when I asked a lot of questions, I answered very kindly, and this kindness melted all over the hotel, so it was a very satisfying stay. I recommend it!!

Located in a quiet small street, despite the proximity of the boulevard, 5 minutes from the chapter, 150 metres from the JEAN-JAURES bus stops,. Smiling, hot, preventive, listening, available staff; comfortable, clean, personalized room with air conditioning, all white corridor and lobby, wooden frames suspension decor, All this gives warm and a certain charm to the hotel, rooms with view or access to the patio, very comfortable bedrooms, additional cousins, cleanliness, quiet hotel, continental breakfast with good invoice; small bemol: room service not always top: 1 single wallpaper in a double room, no gobelet, all this claimed at the reception, that the room is not completely made every day doesn't bother us, but forced to ask to toilet paper on 4 e days, In the heart of the city, the hotel is very comfortable and very well located.

Very good hotel, fantastic location, a few minutes from the central destinations of Tolosa. 2 minutes from the bus from the airport (cost 9 euro) and 1 minute on the same walking distance, The hotel is located at the metro stop Jeanne D'Arc and not even 10 minutes from the train station. On the other side of the road there is the market and everything is reachable walking, I never took public means. The hotel was very comfortable and comfortable, the room was spacious with shower, clean and beautiful views. I didn't enjoy breakfast. I advised this hotel and I would return.

Hotel Ours Blanc - Wilson is located in the center of Toulouse. It was our second stay there because of its central location. The room was clean and the breakfast provided was a typical breakfast- delicious with ample choices. The staff was very helpful and friendly and professional. All of our needs and concerns were taken care of. We definitely would stay there again.
