Hôtel familial. Personnel sympathique. Les chambres sont très correctes, avec balcon et climatisation. La salle de bain était rénovée. L'insonorisation avec la chambre du dessus en revanche n'est pas terrible. On entendait parler et le bruit des chaises sur le sol. Télé avec 3 chaines (d'info) en français. La piscine est bien. Le petit déjeuner est correct même si la plupart des produits sont industriels (croissants, jus d'orange, ...). Au rayon négatif, deux choses : Nous n'avons pas pu, en 6 jours, nous connecter une seule fois au wifi de l'hôtel, que ce soit dans la chambre, à la réception, à la piscine ou ailleurs. Enfin, je n'ai pas apprécié qu'une femme se baigne avec un burkini dans la piscine, burkini qu'elle utilisait ensuite dans la salle du petit déjeuner et en ville. Au niveau hygiène, ce n'est juste pas possible. Je ne comprends pas que l'hôtel accepte cela.

As a solo traveller and a last minute booker; I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. All staff were incredibly warm, friendly and welcoming. They took the time to learn my name, continually checked in on me and helped me to learn simple Spanish phrases to help me get around. The room was very comfortable and clean. The restaurant (and its staff) was brilliant, tastier and more variety than I expected. The all-inclusive options were great with a choice of wines, beer or aperitifs (as well as soft drinks and snacks) at the bar or in the restaurant. The buffet style service was perfect for me as it allows you to make up your own meal from the offering which caters for those like me who like things plain and simple but also for those wanting more authentic and varied meals. The pool is perfectly situated getting the sun from the early hours through until the evening and the location is perfect (just outside the centre) with easy links to Lloret De Mar and Barcelona. The hotel itself is good but I’d feel that the included or paid dinner and breakfast in the restaurant is very lacking in style and variety, you can’t bring your own drink by the pool as they want you to spend €2.50 on a Fanta when a van costs €0.90 at the store across the road. They also don’t have enough tables for the customers who want to eat as at times you have to wait 20 minutes for a table to be opened up for you.

Lovely hotel with pleasant staff and a fabulously clean room and bathroom . I went bed and breakfast and it had a good choice of things from pastries , cooked items, toast, fruit and cereal . It is a basic hotel but I would definitely return .

Just returned from a four day trip to Northern Catalonia with 40 high school students (booked with NST). This hotel was absolutely fantastic for what we needed. Due to the size of our group, we were given a whole corridor to ourselves, meaning it was easy to keep tabs on students and meet up each morning for breakfast. The rooms are old-fashioned, yes, but everything was clean and comfortable and we got a great price. The air con also worked in all the rooms, which I didn't expect! Breakfast and evening meal is a buffet, which meant that there was something for everyone to enjoy. I have never been on a school trip where the students have enjoyed the food as much as they did here! They went back for second helpings at every meal. There's also a little bar downstairs where the kids loved going for a soft drink in the evening and they were allowed to play pool and table football. The hotel staff were really accommodating about needing to store a student's medication in a fridge too. There is space for the coach to park outside to load luggage. Also, the hotel is about 10 minutes (very picturesque) walk from the beach, and the students loved going down there in the evening after dinner. I'd definitely recommend this for school trips!

the room decor has not changed since this building has been standing , maybe a new update / more modern design could be in your best interest to change it . the beds could be a great investment to change and make more modern moving on , the pool was very nice and the drinks were priced alright . overall the rooms need updating .
