Sugar Mill has wonderful staff, comfortable rooms, superb ocean views, and outstanding food. The setting is luxurious tropical with lovely trees, flowers, and birds. Pool, oceanfront, and meals on the beach make relaxing easy. The self help bar says a lot about the caliber of this boutique hotel.

Beautiful meal really lovely setting thank you. Fantastic storm whilst we were there which only added to the experience. Highly recommend. Menu changes daily lots of choice and lovely cocktails. Wine list extensive and caters for all tasted and budgets.

Stayed at the Sugar Mill a few nights in May 2024. Excellent hotel with great service and two restaurants on property. Has a small beach good enough for a dip on a very hot afternoon. Room exceeded our expectations and outdoor shower was really cool although we were skeptical before arriving. Air conditioning worked great and kept us cozy during hot weather.

Great location and great food. It has old world charm and grace yet not stuffy. The food is excellent and service friendly and attentive. We were centrally located to get to several unique beaches, the harbor for an excursion and to either ferry.

This was my wife's an my 5th time staying at theSugar Mill Hotel and as usual we loved every minute of it. We also were able to share the experience with four of our best friends as we had juts returned from a week on a catamaran sailing around the BVI. Our friends were equally blown away by the wonderful service provided by Andrea, Rupert and their staff. We had dinner there as well and once again everything about it was top notch and delicious. We can't wait until our next visit!

You Can’t go wrong at the Sugar Mill hotel. Amazing views ,amazing food, great excursions. We went all inclusive and It was top-notch we will be back. thank you so much! Five stars all the way around. The food variety and it taste phenominal. The dining room is open air with only a few fans so gets warm so dress light.

My wife and I stayed here in May of 2024 on an All Inclusive. The experience was nothing short of 5 stars. The Managers, Rupert and Andrea were incredible in helping us navigate day trips around the island and to other islands as well as addressing any other questions we had. The staff were very friendly and attentive to the guests needs. You do need to remember that like most other places in the Caribbean, food service is done at a slower pace than most US folks are used to. It is more than made up for by the 5 star quality of the food though. The rooms and entire facility have all the amenities one would need. They probably could do with a slight update of some of the fixtures here and there but that could run the risk of taking away from the genuine Caribbean feel of the place. I was really impressed with the natural feel of the facility - it's buildings nestled among nature not just carved out concrete. The two excursions that came with the All Inclusive are well worth it. I highly recommend non all inclusive customers to at least sign up for the Day Sail. Highly recommended and would certainly stay again.

We absolutely loved the Sugar Mill and highly recommend visiting! We loved going to the bar and had the best drinks made by Curtis and Vicky. You must try Curtis’ Jungle Bird drink! The food at the restaurants was hands down the best meals we had in Tortola. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! The food was amazing!! All service members were awesome! The host Rupert and Andrea were the best made this trip one to remember!! BVI has it all with beautiful beaches and sunsets! A place we will visit again! Keep the mountains cold, till we see you again!
