It appeared that the room had not been updated in 50 years. The bathroom was especially horrible. Should have stayed across the street st Capital Reef Resort.

We had such a good time ! The staff was really friendly, they let us put food in their fridge and use the microwave.
We have a baby and there is a restaurant attached to the room. Our baby monitor would connect all the way to the restaurant so we got to enjoy a nice dinner !
The view is absolutely incredible, sunrise and sunset are both beautiful. We get a 360 degree view.
We will come back !

Quaint cabin. Roomy and well designed. Liked the motion activated & dimmed exterior lights that kept the light pollution to a minimum so we could enjoy the stars. Should put these kind of lights on all the porches also. (Next cabin had their very bright porch light on all night which dampened our star gazing experience).
Staff should inform guests that there is a very small water heater that runs out quickly.

I had a concern about double payment but in the end I was mistaken and apologized. When I asked about it, the front desk became very rude. I’ve never encountered this. The room was dirty, in need of repair and no microwave, fridge for our insulin, no coffee, no clock, but an envelope asking for tips. We’ve been now travelling for a week and this is the most we have paid for the worst place.

Quaint hotel with local flavor. Beautiful views right outside my door. Interesting old farm equipment and wagons for landscaping decorations. Great food, either upscale or casual, on property. VERY comfy beds and quiet room. No frills but extra pleasant. They even cleaned the room each night, unlike the big chains do since Covid. Fresh sheets and towels. Loved it!

I chose this hotel due to its closeness to the park and that it had a restaurant and breakfast available. The restaurant was only open for dinner. I did not know how important having a reservation was. The maitre d' was actually rude to me when he thought I was taking too much time to finish my meal. He even tried to take away a hotel key card from another hotel that I was using as a bookmark. The continental breakfast was extremely limited - nothing that I could eat due to my diet awareness - and did not start until 7:00 am. Coffee pot and hair dryer were not available in the room - so, I air dried my hair and had to wait until 7:00 am to get coffee. Other than these inconveniences, the location was wonderful - beautiful sunrise!!!

Convenient location. The food in the restaurant was very good…a little pricey. The room was way overpriced for what it was. Old and outdated. There was no fridge, no microwave.
