Very nice room. Desk and sofa area was a little tight but nicely equipped and great value. Amazing free breakfast buffet, they had everything waffles, eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, etc. Close to shopping mall, we went to dinner & a movie.

So let me start by saying I usually avoid Best Westerns and never consider them when planning any trips, but in this case I was on a time crunch to book a room. What caught my attention was the great price compared to others in the area, so I went to read the reviews. The reviews seemed too good to be true but I went ahead and booked it. Upon arrival we found that they have plenty of parking available. We went inside to check in and were greeted by a lovely receptionist who presented us with bottles of water and cookies! A wonderful gesture and The lady was so informative and friendly. The lobby decor was really nice and modern. Very clean and they have a Starbucks coffee machine for guests to use. I did use the laundry room and ended up having an issue but the receptionists (they have a shift change while this happened) were both so kind and very helpful with helping me getting the issue fixed and I was able to finish the laundry before check out. They have a very nice breakfast spread in the morning, which is also included With the room.
Now let me get to the room we booked a two queen suite and I was very impressed on how clean it was, as well as how modern it looked. Usually when I think of best western, I think outdated and not the best upkeep but this hotel really surprised me, and it made me reconsider staying at best Westerns from here on out, the service was impeccable, and the reviews definitely match the vibe there.

The desk clerk was very polite and cheerful. She treated my husband and I as if she owned the place. She truly wanted us to enjoy our stay.
