Gardea SoulFamily Resort

Lovely resort nestled high above the lake with views of the water and mountains. Staff was excellent and the rooms very comfortable. The restaurant served up an excellent rotating menu with local fresh ingredients. When they say family friendly, they mean it! Pizza parties, craft classes and magic shows are all on tap for the little ones, and there were many staying while we were there. Overall an excellent stay if you don't mind little ones everywhere.

Exceptional location, away from the busy waterfront with a great view of the lake and the mountains. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Delicious breakfast and set menus for dinner. Maitre Chef was 120% on with his team. Highly recommded! Love it!

Absolutely fantastic stay in Gardea Hotel, everything was superb from the front of house staff helping us to organise activities each day through to the catering team who looked after all our dining needs in particular David. Could not recommend the hotel more for a stay in lake Garda and unforgettable family experience

Its a super new, beautiful family hotel. We picked it since we booked the day before and were lucky enough to find such a gem last-minute (I guess it is only because it is so new and still a "little secret"). Everyone is incredible friendly - when we arrived early in the morning we were invited for breakfast while the room was prepared. We have 2 kids (2.5 + 5 years old) - they both loved it in the kids club (of course not staying there a full day but for a couple of hours to do arts and crafts or do kids-disco - which was enough to have a few kids-free hours and relax). The (heated!) pool is perfect for the kids to play in and in the garden there is a little playground and trampoline to entertain the kids when having an aperitivo. The food was amazing - a four course meal for adults and 3 courses for kids (kids can either have the daily kids menu or there is always pasta with tomato sauce / Pesto / bolognese etc. on request, free of charge) which we thought was perfect! In the end we only occasionally left the hotel in the 4 days we were staying there as it was an allround perfect little get away!

best place to stay in Torbole! best location, and in general very satisfying place, very relaxing, very comfortable, tasty food, good rooms, nice territory, great pool area, bar. Everything was great, really enjoyed our stay with kids.

Super hôtel pour les familles, tout est pensé pour les enfants. Les allergies alimentaires sont pris en compte et les menus sont adaptés. Le personnel très présent et à l’écoute de nos besoins. La piscine chauffée très agréable. L’emplacement en dehors de la ville permet d’être au calme. C’est un super endroit pour de superbes vacances en famille.

Bellissimo hotel, finiture di pregio e dettagli curati. E' un family hotel ma non aspettatevi 1.000 servizi per bambini ma quelli che un hotel di piccole dimensione come questo può giustamente offrire. Camere spaziose e funzionali (a parte il dispenser del sapone sul bidet che manca ed è un dettaglio sicuramente da rimediare!). Zona piscine bellissima, pulita, calda e accogliente, con bagni puliti, sapone, phon e attrezzatura per bambini (braccioli e occhialini). Piscina esterna riscaldata ampia e con un bellissimo scivolo che mette d'accordo adulti e bambini! Personale alla reception gentile e sempre disponibile. Qualche cameriere un po' giovane e quindi un po' inesperto o impacciato ma ci sta...spazio ai giovani!! Servizio cena e pranzo un po' lento ma il cibo buono e ben presentato. Sicuramente la colazione da 10 e lode!! Personale di servizio pulizia camere molto attento e preparato (mi hanno steso sullo stendino in terrazza i costumi bagnati che avevo lasciato per terra in bagno!). Ragazzo addetto ai servizi spa davvero molto gentile e sempre sorridente. Stanzetta giochi per bambini piccola ma carina. Per ultimo, ma non ultimo, il baby club: davvero TOP!!! TUTTI e dico TUTTI i ragazzi davvero super!!! Ho già fatto altre esperienze in family hotel e questa è la prima volta che i miei figli stanno al baby club senza fare storie!! Grazie Federico, Francesco, Lis, Michele, Federica per averci regalato momenti di relax anche a noi genitori! Subito sotto l'hotel si trova un bellissimo paesino (Torbole) con un lungolago pazzesco e dei bei localini. Consiglio il giro lungo lago e lungo fiume in bici. Insomma, bellissima esperienza. Lo consiglio!

Das Hotel ist Aussen top aber Innen leider flopp. Die Zimmer sind modern, jedoch kein Stauraum für ein Familien Hotel. Betten sind unglaublich hart. In dem Badezimmer fehlt es an Kleinigkeiten für ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Keine bodylotion, duschhauben, Watte usw. Zimmer sind mega hellhörig man versteht den Zimmernachbarn. Sauberkeit ist jedoch sehr gut! Im Restaurant ist die Bedienung sehr nett. Jedoch fehlt es am buffet an Geschirr, Gläser. Das Essen ist ok. Jedoch keine 5 Sterne. Im Poolbereich fehlt es an liegen und Tücher. In der Dusche hat es keine Shampoo oder Körpergel. Auf Nachfrage war die Antwort es gibt zu viel Schaum, daher gäbe es kein Shampoo… ääääääh Kommentar ist da überflüssig!! Parkplätze hat es auch nicht genügend und wenn man mit dem Elektroauto kommt hat man selten die Möglichkeit das Auto zu laden. Sehr mühsam! Leider ist es kein 5 Sterne Haus. Eher 4 Sterne. Wir kommen leider nicht wieder. Sind uns für 5 Sterne anderes gewohnt.
