My wife and I stayed here for 7 nights. This hotel is advertised as a 5 star hotel, it should be a 2 star. Pros Infinity pool and views of sea were amazing. Gorgeous sunny weather. Outside hotel it took 15 minutes (40 lira) to Bodrum by bus. We went to Bodrum daily as the hotel never catered for British guests. Hollywood show on Friday night.We really enjoyed it. Cons Disgusting cold food unlabelled. Our room was by a noisy building site. Poor wi-fi. Dirty floors in room, feet were black. Fridge all stained inside. Cobwebs on ceiling. Staff don't understand English. Drinks served in paper cups. Handrails removed leading up to steps for one night. I tried to report it but Reception staff never answer telephone. Guests near us staying up until 4am every night, getting drunk and being extremely loud. Very rude people who don't queue and go to front of queue to order drinks and also in restaurant. One toaster for the restaurant ( frozen white bread) Fried eggs served raw. Watered down beer. Coffee machine in restaurant was broke every morning when I went to use it. Staff cleaning tables with a dirty cloth. No gloves or hair nets on staff serving food. Broken tiles on floors around hotel. Only one fish restaurant open for dinner.Other A la carte restaurants were closed. Poor entertainment at night. Flooded toilets. Guests displaying aggressive behaviour (drunk) Massage guy harassing you daily to book a massage. Dirty,smelly toilets by the beach.

Amazing hotel! Adorable staff! Delicious food. Fantastic entertainment! Cute rooms! Good cocktails I recommend basil gin fresh❤️❤️❤️ The personnel is happy working at this hotel! They seems so content! Reception is very friendly! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Wanted to write an honest appraisal, we're currently still here. The deluxe room we have is lovely, right above the infinity pool, they have a lovely view and are large and spacious and modern. We love the room. Infinity pool is great, large and great for kids. We've spent most of our time at the slide pool as it's suited the kids, and that's where other UK families have congregated. Water polo goals, slides are perfect for the kids, smaller, not too steep etc. the bad bits, the drinks are ok, beer is good, but perhaps just ok. Food has got quite samey, repetitive. The outside BBQ part, where guys grill small burgers and chicken is the best part. There is real lack of kids food or a kids food area, to the extent our 11yr old isn't really eating much at meals. We've experienced far better kids food areas in other turkey hotels. The entertainment has been great. A kids small amphitheatre, and then the main sunset bar area, which had a really good band last night, modern songs and got everyone dancing. It's currently more polish. I'd say 30% UK, but picking up a little as I suspect we don't all have the same May half term dates. Beach area and pier bar, pier are good. Another downside, there is currently only the pier bar doing ice cream. So our kids walk a far way to get one. That needs improvement. Another ice cream outlet near the infinity pool is needed. I suspect there is one, but it's closed currently. Italian is good, simple menu, pizzas and pitas (cheese or meat, and are tasty). Snack bar does burgers and crispy chicken pieces. Again good for a change. All in all, it's been good, good value especially. Number 2 dolmus bus outside the front gate into Bodrum for 40 lira each. So that is worth doing. We're enjoying it!

Very mixed review, starting with positives Barman Omer was brilliant, very good service and for him personally I give 5 stars, thank you. The two snack bars served very nice food with good staff, burgers pizzas etc The views were very nice with the ocean and mountains as a backdrop. The pools were good with one huge pool mainly with adults and then one for kids with slides which kept them entertained. Cabanas were very nice, with brilliant service from barman Omer. Now for the negatives, we booked a package holiday from easyJet and feel massively deceived. A lot of the pictures on easyJet were either of a completely different hotel, or are so old that they have no idea that the hotel is different. The first night we arrived our room was so close to the entertainment area we didn’t sleep until 5am with music blaring until 12 and then other guests being loud only 50ft away. The room was very small and looked like it had been broken into previously with the metal frame bent around the handle area. We moved room the next day to the top of the hill which was better, but completely inaccessible for anyone who struggles with steps etc (there’s a lot) and the door had a massive gap which didn’t feel secure and let in a lot of road noise . On one day the water stopped working completely for an hour, with the reception staff being rude and unhelpful to my wife without apologising. My brother also experienced a bad room, with the ac not working and the sliding door locks not locking, they were moved to The deluxe rooms which looks like a completely different hotel and does feel like a 5 star hotel. The main food restaurant was very poor in my opinion with not a lot of options to choose from, again on the first night I had melon for dinner as the chicken from the grill outside was only partially cooked, which I had luckily saw beforehand. Overall the hotel feels neglected, with lots of mould in places, broken tiles around the pool, and rooms needing a refresh. For the money paid I had expected better.

The Elif in the tea garden is working the best, she is doing the best coffe A very hard-working and nice girl who brings a smile to everyone's face with her positive energy. I recommend Elif❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We visited the Blue Dreams Resort in the middle of may. Location of the place is great, 15 minutes from Bodrum, 30 minutes from airport port. Very clean rooms, very teasty food, excellent service, great staff very helpful , communicative and smiley. Great Tea Garden with awesome stuff. Night shift manager - Ibrahim - very happy and helpful guy - great person to talk to. Hassan - the best bartender in the resort. Great place to spend the time, very big complex. Highly recommend the place.

I spent 4 wonderful days at Blue Dream Palace in Thassos. Everything was perfect: the rooms are clean and comfortable, and the facilities are excellent, including the pool and private beach. The spa experience was very relaxing, offering refreshing treatments. The restaurant serves delicious and varied food, and the service is impeccable. The staff is friendly and professional, ensuring a pleasant stay. I highly recommend Blue Dream Palace for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation in Thassos. I will definitely return!

We were in the hotel only for a week, but we fell in love there. Everything was perfect from the reception to the cleaning of our room. The hotel staff is very nice, friendly and they do everything they can for the guests. The hotel grounds are huge with spectacular views and an infinity pool. There are plenty of sunbeds everywhere, both by the sea and by the pools. The hotel grounds are clean, they clean almost all the time, even at night. You can eat in the main restaurant, where they have a large selection of both salty and sweet food. Lots of fruits and vegetables. simply excellent cuisine. We personally only went there for breakfast and dinner. For lunch we went to a snack restaurant by the sea, which we cannot praise enough. The hotel has several bars. at the pools, at the beach and at the lobby we liked the most because it's open 24/7 and has the best night bartender Hasan, he speaks very good English, makes the best drinks, tries to make guests happy and is always polite. I must not forget the spa, which we visited on the second day of our stay and it was wonderful. Turkish bath and massage, what more could you ask for. We enjoyed it a lot. I would like to thank all the staff of this hotel for the most wonderful holiday and I hope to see you again soon. Highly recommend.🖤
