WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! We were made to pay a large extra fee to obtain a room with a kitchen even though that was plainly described and shown in photos on our pre-paid booking. But the worst part was that, having asked for management to review the evidence and consider a refund, when we later met the manager, instead of advocating and working to resolve the obvious mistake in a customer-friendly way, she was argumentative, and tried to blame us for not realising the listing was misleading. Angered at the suggestion she might receive a bad review, she threatened legal action and followed us onto the street shouting that she would lock us out of the hotel. Later, she attempted to shift the blame for the misleading information onto the Trip.com website, refused any sort of refund for the extra charges, and made false accusations about our behaviour. Just wow! Needless to say, the whole experience ruined our stay and our holiday.
