The hotel is very nice in many ways. The hospitality, the breakfast, and the location exceed my expectation. Only my room carpet looks old with stains. It would be better if that can be replaced with wood floor or high traffic carpet. Overall it’s a great place to stay. I’ll definitely recommend to my friends.

The Alila Hotel in Wuzhen is a fantastic blend of luxury and traditional style, perfectly situated near the picturesque water town. The hotel’s design is both modern and elegant, and the amenities are excellent, from beautifully appointed rooms to relaxing facilities. One of the highlights was the included photography package, ”乌镇阿丽拉-新锐旅拍.” Lesley, our photographer, was amazing! Not only was she talented, but her humor and energy made the entire experience unforgettable. We were laughing non-stop, and her easygoing nature made us feel completely comfortable in front of the camera. Overall, Alila Wuzhen offers a truly memorable stay with stunning surroundings, top-notch amenities, and the added bonus of a fun photography experience. Highly recommended!

The hotel room is clean and spacious. Hotel staff are friendly and provide good service. This is my first time travel to China, and this is the first hotel I had stayed in China. I’m impressed with this experience.

After using Ctrip for so many years, this is the first time I deeply feel the gap between five-star hotels and five-star hotels. The hygiene of some express hotels and affordable B&Bs is probably better than this one. The hand towel is so black that I once suspected it was the cleaning rag of the aunt. The countertop of the washbasin is sticky. It is not a water stain, but a sticky mark that has not been wiped for a long time. Maybe I am ignorant and don’t know that Wuzhen is so popular. I didn’t expect that you need to fight for a seat to eat breakfast in an ordinary weekend hotel, and you have to queue up to get food. I originally wanted to invite friends from the north to come and experience the ancient town in the south of the Yangtze River. I came here because of its reputation, but I didn’t expect to be disappointed. There is no cost-effectiveness throughout the trip, and the experience is not ordinary.

Got myself a single room. Hotel staff are so nice. I went for breakfast after the breakfast hours, they are close but they still allow me to take some snacks that’s available and served me coffee. They even sent it to room for me. The hotel is just 50m walkable to the bar street. And the morning view outside hotel are just so speechless

This hotel is conveniently located about 200m to the east gate entrance. The rooms are big and well maintained. The bed big and comfortable. Since it was off season we got a really good deal. The breakfast even had bread, croissants, butter, jam and drinkable real coffee. There is also a pool which even had water!

I booked the room for the second time using Ctrip. The hotel gave me an upgrade. Except for the different bed in the business king room, everything else was the same. The price/performance ratio was very high. The hotel gave me some fruit as a gift. The staff in and out of the lobby were all warm and smiling. It was very warm.

The hotel is in a prime location, the staff is warm and polite, the service is thoughtful, the room is clean and tidy, the supplies are complete, and the double room is separated into two rooms without interfering with each other. It is really great and highly recommended.
