Waterside Resort

Its our 2nd time in Wuzhen, so we prefer staying a night is the best way or the only way for tourist to enjoy wonders of Wuzhen Watertown. This hotel is located inside the watertown so you have the privilege to roam till late and as early in the morning. Since its our first time staying in the hotel, we are not aware that the hotel has 2 entrances. We checked in at the common area, while our luggages will be transported to our designated hotels, since we only had a day to explore, without dropping to our hotel we go straight to the West part of Wuzhen water town. This time we almost finish the whole area, and we felt so amazed with bands singing inside restaurants, and it turned out so well. During the day, you can enjoy the old stone alley. We stayed in East gate, one unit has 3 rooms, 1 on the 1st floor (which we had), while 2 more rooms upstairs. Ground floor has a common area for morning tea time. We choose the lower ground since it has balcony overlooking a part of the watertown. While for the room, definitely its expected to be old style, but its clean, with typical Chinese decor of 4 posts bed frame, which practically makes the room a bit crowded. Breakfast is typical buffet type, good taste. Servers are very efficient, since guests coming in continuously. They're so attentive as soon as you finished your food, they'll surely cleans your plate out. Overall, we did enjoy our stay.

Our 2nd stay here. First one was 8 yrs ago. Good service, clean room, good water pressure and cozy bed. Breakfast also excellent. Highly recommend!

We had great stay! The included breakfast was delicious, lots of choices. The front desk people were very friendly and helpful. One thing need especially mention was the young man (too bad, I didn't get his work number), helped our luggage to parking lot after our checking out. He was very helpful and nice. My uncle forgot his reading glasses after we start to driving, this service guy called for people checked, found it's in my uncle's room and you guys arrange someone send the glasses to us while we were waiting in our car. We appreciate your help very much.

Located right inside the old town, the hotel is huge therefore they provide buggy service. Room was abit small & the balcony view was the lake inside the hotel not the one by the old town canal, so abit of a let down. But the breakfast by the canal was so much fun a must do.

Beautiful simple place. Value for money!! Booked the day before, glad i managed to get and experience. Check in was a breeze and staff were super helpful. Thank you 🥹🥹🙏🏻

Unbelievably clean. Room was so warm which was nice as it was so cold outside when we stayed. We had 3 rooms in one unit. The staff and service are very good and helpful. Location in the middle of xizha scenic area was great! The staff can drive u anywhere by buggy if you don’t want to walk. The outdoor breakfast was amazing.. so much variety to try. The hotel breakfast even though included we did not try because we were too tired to get up early.

Very nice hotel room inside the westbound, impressed by the beautiful lobby, room size is good . Breakfast is great with wide variety of food.

I stayed here with my family for one night. Great Hotel! The Hotel stuff was very friendly. The ambience was just awesome in the middle of this wonderful watertown. Worth a trip!
