It is very convenient to walk and relax in the garden; the transportation is convenient, next to the Tongren high-speed railway station, not far from Phoenix Airport, about 20 kilometers, and close to the exit of the North Expressway Station; the hotel facilities are complete, and the most surprising thing is that it has a constant temperature swimming pool and a gym, which are free for guests; the hotel management is in place, the staff are well-trained, polite, greet people, and serve with a smile. The meticulous and thoughtful service makes people feel at home! The sanitation in each area is very clean, and the trash can is very hidden, which is really professional and standardized; the guest rooms are spacious and bright, and the river view room is refreshing. The automatic toilet feature was a highlight. Cleanliness: Good, but there is potential for improvement. Amenities: Good. Location: Good. Value for Money: Acceptable for a 4-5 star hotel, but the value is diminished by the subpar service. Improvements in customer service and satisfaction are necessary to justify the cost. Overall Experience: Unsatisfactory, especially compared to my other stays at Wyndham hotels. This particular experience did not meet the standards expected from the Wyndham brand, leading to disappointment.

In terms of the ‘hard product’ this may be the best value hotel I’ve ever stayed in, I was genuinely shocked at how wonderful it was and for such a low price. The room and bathroom were flawless and spotlessly clean, to the same standard as any international brand 5 star hotel and far exceeding any expectations I had. The outdoor swimming pool was a very welcome relief from the summer heat and humidity. Despite this, I did feel the service wasn’t to the same standard as the hotel. I had a negative experience when checking in, and with a phone call from the hotel in the following days, that, unfortunately, left a very sour taste in my mouth. I was also surprised that there was no one on the service desk of the pool and spa area to show us to the changing rooms or offer us any towels for swimming. This being said, I would stay here again in an instant and would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tongren.

In addition, walking south along the riverside, you can reach the Zhongnanmen Historical and Cultural Tourism Area in more than ten minutes' walk. Therefore, staying at Tongren Jinjiang Hot Spring Hotel is very convenient for visiting Tongren’s urban attractions. There is a private soaking pool in the room, which is very helpful to relieve the fatigue of the journey. Especially after climbing Fanjing Mountain, soaking in a pool of hot spring water is definitely the best way to relax.

The room is nice and big, with parking. The area around the hotel is quite lively, close to the high-speed rail station and not far from the ancient city. It costs about 10 yuan to take a taxi. The hotel business is quite good. We met a team when we checked in.
