Qizhu Qinglongwu Boutique Hostel

We had a terrible experience at the hotel. First up, this is not a place for foreigners to go to - and while we like staying in Chinese boutique hotels elsewhere this hotel was just not worth the price. I had booked the hotel to stay on my birthday but it turned out to be a very poor experience. The location is great if one wants to be with nature away from the city (which was our idea for going here) but the rooms are badly designed - bathroom in the beginning of the room, spread out beds, bathroom doors which don’t lock but doesn’t even close. The staff while they try their best are not equipped to deal with customers - even basic requests were not paid heed to. We wanted dinner at 8 pm but were told it had to be at 7 pm and all the food turned out to be cold and not very appetising. The hotel advertises kids play rooms but we were told that the play area is only available if the kids room is actually booked and even though no one was staying in the room, the staff wouldn’t allow our baby to play there. The hotel also mentions that they have spa facilities but turns out they only have a sauna room in one of the rooms! They are supposed to have 2 pools but one wasn’t functioning, and the bar which is advertised doesn’t seem to have been used in ages and was musty and full of insects. The dining room is in disrepair and doesn’t look anything like in the Trip.com photos. Of course we didn’t expect anything special to happen on a birthday but we expected at least the basic hospitality for the amount that is being charged. We had great expectations from the hotel but it was terrible - only plus points are you can get great photos and the breakfast staff were very helpful. Not coming back here and nor recommending this place. I have rated it 1 star. Please improve the place drastically.

坐落在山間的一座民宿，進來需要開一段山路。房間衞生整潔，非常愜意舒適，這裏空氣新鮮，整個人感到完完全全的放鬆。民宿工作人員服務熱情周到，讓人感到很温馨！ 在這裏也體驗到了扎染，是一次非常新奇的體驗。老師非常耐心細心地進行教學，對於服裝的設計也不是固定一種，可以根據自己想要的自由設計，染出來的效果很滿意！！！和各位老師一起製作的過程非常開心快樂，是一次很難忘的回憶！！ 桐廬很美，希望有機會再來！！

非常滿意的一次春節之旅，出發前前台小姐姐温馨的告知各種注意事項，因為帶着父母，考慮到老年人的進出方便，特地安排一樓亭院房，父母非常滿意，同時還為住客安排了有趣的春節活動，回程前還送了伴手禮，以後還會帶着家人去。最後祝柒竹生意興隆龍年吉祥越來越棒

好喜歡柒竹土房子，竹林，輕奢風，深山處的民宿，可以完全把心靜下來，面對大山泡壺茶，好有詩意，前台的服務人員非常熱情，有回家的感覺，下次還會再來

環境：周邊環境很美，初冬山上也是綠油油的很養眼，山裡空氣真的超好。聖誕季到來民宿的聖誕氛圍已經滿滿的了，很有儀式感。 設施：有免費停車場，有充電樁可以充電。山裡晚上較冷，房間空調開起來很暖和，熱水也足夠熱。 服務：店裡小姑娘服務很周到，早餐阿姨也很好。臨走還送了伴手禮。 衞生：房間衞生很乾凈，床上用品也都乾乾淨淨的。 體驗感很好。

第一次來柒竹，自駕過去的， 預訂後管家就及時聯繫了我們 特別細心 提醒山裡温度及路況 一路風景很美 今年好像是個暖冬 也不咋冷 客房內有些臭屁蟲 好害怕😱 但是管家有在房間幫忙捉蟲子哈哈 山裡頭蟲子較多也能理解了，客房還是很乾凈的 ，民宿裏還有一衹柯基和一衹貓貓，超級可愛😍😍 下次準備帶着狗子一起來 ，早晚餐都很棒 ，算是民宿裏吃過為數不多好吃的餐食了，愛了。

客觀評價，總體一般不值一晚1000； 先説好的，工作人員很友善，有求必應；還有一衹狗狗一衹貓咪。 不好的地方： 1. 房間有非常非常多的蟲各種各樣的蟲，山上有蟲可以理解但是真的沒幾分鐘要起來打一次蟲真的很離譜，中間叫工作人員去除蟲，也有説可以換房間但是去看了房間，發黴味非常大最後沒有換。晚上睡覺發現燈帶下面都是蟲真的要昏倒了！ 2. 定的是最貴的套房有陽光房，本來想可以在哪裡看看書，完全沒辦法，下午去的時候熱到沒法坐，晚上去冷到像冰窖！設計非常不合理！並且沙發都是破的設施很糟糕☹️ 3. 山裡真的什麼都沒有 也沒有很美，就真的不值得去花1000塊住一晚然後還到處飛蟲 4. 上山的路其實蠻危險的，晚上非常不建議開，所以我們決定沒有下山吃晚飯，餓了一晚上。如果真的要住大家備好糧食 5. 房間設計非常不合理，廁所竟然沒有排氣扇，上完廁所味道就一直在 6. 攜程定的，用積分換了入住果盤，沒有給我們；還有攜程上的附贈下午茶圖片是假的！實際就是幾個零食，不是圖片的圍爐煮茶，那個要收費的；美式也是我們問了才知道有的，但是我們沒要。 總的體驗蠻糟糕☹️一定不會再去也不推薦

上山的路比較窄，好在店裡小姑娘提前提醒了我們。民宿門口有可以充電的停車場很方便，到達的時候管家已經在停車場等我們還幫忙搬行李，服務很不錯。房間很乾凈，設施設備也都很全，下次帶家人一起來度假。
