We went to a wedding to San Sebastian. The hotel has very good quality facilities, but the best of all is certainly the staff. They were very friendly both in reception and in breakfast. They also helped us to go to San Sebastian without the car. If I had to score over 10, I would give you a 20 :). Thank you very much. I do not have a recommendation!!

Good treatment, renovated rooms, cleaning and good public transport combination with the center of San Sebastián.

We booked a Premium Room directly on the hotel’s website (it’s cheaper than comparison websites) and stayed for 1 night. The rate of accommodation in this city is unbelievably expensive, and for close to €200 that we paid, we only got a room, with NO breakfast and NO parking. If we want to park at the private parking lot behind the hotel, we would have to pay another €15 per night, according to the hotel’s website. We were glad we did not, because we were able to find a parking space at the side of the road (plenty of them, depending on the time of the day) outside the hotel. Location of the hotel is outside the busy city, but easily accessible by Bus #28, which stops very regularly at a bus stand not far from the hotel. We will certainly recommend taking the bus and leaving your car, because parking is difficult to find in the city (and may cost you more!) The décor of the hotel’s common area is very elegant. The staff who checked us in were very efficient and knowledgeable about the events happening in the city during the busiest day of the year (we arrived on 15 August – the Virgin’s Day). Our Premium Room is spacious and clean, the décor is simple and modern. All amenities worked well. There’s a kettle, mini fridge, and complimentary coffee and tea. The bathroom is also very spacious and clean, the hot shower functioned well, and basic toiletries were provided for. We enjoyed our 1-night stay at the hotel, despite its location being outside the city. The bus is so very convenient to take.

We are going on tourism in inland Gipuzkoa. The hotel is very good, the staff is perfect and since we were tired of the 650 kilometers we stayed for dinner and it was a meal very well deserving of a 9. Why I didn't put EXCELLENT = It's a bit complicated to find it and if you add that THERE IS NO NOT ONE LIT SIGN even more... because we passed by 5 times without seeing it. Lastly, thanks to Ms. Edurne (I think it was her or Ms. Arantxa) who didn't guide us on her mobile and waited for us at the door. It was very kind and unusual to find such a person. If they turn on the light I will recommend it, many times even more. Only one small fault, the breakfast is very fair in terms of assortment. Amazing experience with friendly staff and outstanding service. The massage and the spa with the lasso were high quality. Location is cool between beach mountain and easy commute to centre of San Sebastián. Would highly recommend to anyone!

This was our first trip to Madrid and the northern cities of Spain so we wanted to take in some of the highlights of the region. Our son and daughter-in-law met us in Donastia San Sebastián and had the wise forethought to spend a night in the Basque countryside resort at this picturesque hotel nestled in the rolling, plush green valley approximately 30 minutes outside the bustling city. The moment we drove through the winding roads of the charming town leading to the inn’s entrance I knew we were in for a delightful treat. Despite a rather greeting from the gentleman at the front desk who checked us in, we were enthralled by the decor of the interior public rooms and each of our spacious guest rooms with breathtaking sights and sounds of the outdoors. Dinner was a most impressive Michelin menu, with palatable and delectable presentations. A small but sufficient and equally tasty breakfast was served the next morning to send us off with warm and wonderful memories of our stay.

Muy agradable. Estuvimos en un estudio con terraza y había unas preciosas vistas al bosque, que por cierto es mucho más grande de lo que parece a primera vista y con unos árboles muy frondosos, un paseo obligatorio si os alojas allí. Por lo que respecta al estudio, estaba bien equipado y lo pasaban a limpiar cada dos días. Desde allí se llega en 15 minutos en coche San Sebastián, pero también se puede ir en bus. La parada está justo al lado de Numad Studios, vale menos de dos euros el viaje y hay que baj**** en la última parada, y estás justo en el centro de la ciudad. Los empleados muy agradables y el desayuno muy completo.
