Not very satisfied, booked three rooms, both of them were Marriott Platinum, reported the membership number, no room type upgrade, no morning, no welcome fruit, more than 700 a night, the room was small, and I had never lived on Aotu Grid, but this doesn't give me a good experience

We stayed here for 2 nights as part of a coach trip. The room was a great size and the bathroom too. The bed was comfortable and the pillows fairly soft - unusual for a Spanish hotel. It's a very good location for access to the old town and Plaza Pocodover- although it's up hill. Across the road was a fabulous Restaurant Bar Arrabal - the food was really good value with huge portions.

The hotel has been a whole experience. The only inconvenience is that the bathroom was small and the floor was filled with water. But good ... I will repeat. The wonderful attention, and the brilliant servants.

The location is excellent. The design of the hotel and the views of the terrace are spectacular. The staff are very friendly. The very comfortable beds and good couchs. The room is small, but comfortable and warm. I would like to highlight the cleaning, it is of 10. The breakfast is complete and rich. It was a great stay:) Thanks to all the staff!

Great Hotel in the city centre. Top location. Spacious rooms with great beds. Nice staff. Mini Bar. The free walking tour in. English starts in the front of the hotel. The sightseeing busses ar with 50 metres. Ideal for a two or three days stay in the old city of Toledo

This was the most satisfactory accommodation during our 11-night trip to Spain. The view was great and the bed and bedding were comfortable. The room was spacious and clean, and the breakfast was satisfactory! I don't know if I'll go back to Toledo someday, but if I do, I think I'll stay here again.

Love this hotel. Definitely will come back for longer stay if ever come to Toledo again. From photos I thought it was nice but when we got there, except check in a bit busy wait for like 15 mins, the room n decor of hotel was stunning! Size of room is huge, free parking. We took a bottle from the minibar n wanted to pay when checking out, the staff said no problem no need to pay, just a little gesture makes an excellent impression.

I am not a guest at the hotel. This hotel is in a very inconvenient location outside Toledo. It is located in the university area. It was a very hot day (93 degrees fareheit). My husband and I got lost a bit and tried to find our bearing around the area by looking at the map. We saw the hotel next to us. Instead of looking at the map in open air under a hot day, we decided to walk into the hotel lobby to get some cool air while reviewing the map. To our surprise, an angry looking young black hair lady came to us in a very rude tone and asked us if we had a reservation. We told her that we did and we were not guests at the hotel but just want to get our things together. She was outrageous and raised her fingers pointing at us and spoke to us with a Spanish accent 'It is not possible for you to sit here if you are not a guest in a hotel'. She then asked us to leave and she returned to the reception area and started gossiping in Spanish This behavior of her was totally unexpected and unnecessary. It is not a type of normal customer service you would expect from a hotel. I would strongly urge the hotel management to look into the company policy and how their staff is treating potential customers and the public. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone if you have a choice.

Hotel location is very good, the bath is very comfortable, the air conditioning is cool, in general it is good! Recommended stay, the free parking is a bit far, if you are not afraid to spend money, there are parking lots around, 15 Euro day

Then my wife was stolen in a private room on the 2nd floor and with a sergeant controlling access to the buffet, the thief or the thiefs passing through reception went to the buffet room was talking to the sergeant q controlling access (Because I saw it and I confirm it) and yet I don't know why they left him staying in the room (to me asked about the room to go) and in a disorder they stole our pocket. Do not leave anything unnoticed The hotel is in principle rejecting any liability and they say they have no insurance to answer for the robbery, we will see if the health advice can mediate in the matter.
