In order to improve customer convenience and service, we will be changing the breakfast menu as follows:
- Breakfast menu: Set menu that can be chosen from Japanese or Western-style dishes
- Start date of set menu: From February 26th, 2024 (for guests staying on Monday, February 26th, 2024 or later)
- Serving time: 6:30 am to 9:30 am. Please inform us of your preferred time when checking in at the hotel.
- Serving method: Hotel staff will bring the breakfast to your room.
- How to choose Japanese or Western-style dishes: Please inform us of your preferred menu when checking in at the hotel.
- Please note that there is a limited number of each set menu, and we may not be able to provide your preferred menu if it is sold out.
- We are unable to accommodate allergies. Please note this in advance.
- Children under 5 years old will be provided with a children's plate (Western-style only) for free.
- However, if a child between 6 and 12 years old wishes to have breakfast while sharing a bed with an adult, we will charge an additional fee for breakfast.
- For guests who have booked the room-only plan: If you have booked the room-only plan for dates after February 26th, 2024, we are unable to add breakfast after 24:00, 3 days prior to check-in. If you wish to add breakfast, please be sure to contact us no later than 3 days prior to your check-in date, or consider modifying your reservation.
[Regarding breakfast fees]

The room was clean but very small. Location was a bit out of the shopping area. About 20mins walk. Train station are near but we didn’t take cos we got strollers. The staff were not willing to answer our questions.

Its actually a 12mins walk from Ueno station. Walk can seem long if u are carrying your luggages. Day 1, housekeeping came in and replace the towels + place additional towels. Day 2 soiled towels werent collected. Day 3 trash werent collected. All despite placing outside our door. Layout of the room was OK. The washer was helpful, but without a designated laundry area. We hang them all over the toilet.
When we were checking in we overheard a rude receptionist speaking to another visitor. When our child was running around while waiting to be served, the receptionist stomped over and ask him to stop playing in a ill manner. This puts all the polite Japanese to shame. He could have spoken nicely.

The location is not very near but can walk from Ueno station in 10min. The service staffs were very friendly and helpful. The amenities are quite complete and good, but the water heater and quantity of hot water is limited, need to wait sometime.

The hotel is at a good location, around 10 minutes walking distance from the Ueno Station. Many convenient stores and restaurants nearby. The hotel staffs were very nice and helpful. The hotel room was clean and good size for a family.

Walking distance to metro or JR station within half An hours , cons the check out time is too early 10am. This hotel is the earliest check out time among our 12 days trip in Japan bcoz of that we are asked for a penalty fine JPY5500 for late 1 hour check out.

Its location was pretty good for me. For Ueno Station, it was about 7min walk if I remember correctly. Also it was easy to take express train to NRT airport since the keisei ueno station was also quite close (10min walk?)
