Third time staying at this hotel. Just 5 minutes walk to Ginza line Shimbashi. Excellent location, close to many famous restaurants.
The duvet is a bit warm for winter time. I will stay at this hotel when I visit Tokyo again. Room size is comfortable considering the normal room size is small in big cities in Japan. Three choices for breakfast with good quality of food.

We stayed aging in The Celestine Ginza after our ski trip in Hakuba. The staff was nice to sent out stayed baggages in our room before check-in that showed the hotel pay attention to hotel guests for nice services.
We will stay The Celestine Ginza again our next Tokyo trip and we recommend this hotel for other visitors in Tokyo.

Room cleaning was terrible. The first room was full of cigarette smell and we have to change it. The second room was better but there was a blood stain on the toilet lid which was most likely due to female's menstrual cycle! The house keeper even did not throw away the empty water bottle. This is very rare in Japan service industry perhaps it's because it's in the heart of Ginza that even the Japanese are sick and tire of foreigners...
