Location is great and walk only 5 mins from Nippori station of Skyliner to the hotel.
The hotel staff is nice and breakfast has variety choices.
However the decoration is aging and sometimes annoying (air con cannot be adjusted, either in or off. And it is very noisy. I woke up in the middle of the night because of the noise). The fridge is very noisy too!
I hope the hotel can renew its amenity so that I would stock pick it next time when I come to Nippori.

Good location and easy to get skyliner to Narita Airport and down town. Spacious space compare to other hotel in Tokyo. The only bad thing is less of the explore in Nippori area. Strongly recommend who want to stay in Tokyo. This is a good choice!

Great location and big room. Only downside is you cannot adjust room temperature. Room is too warm for me and cannot open window.

Location is excellent, very close to Nippori Station so even with gravy luggage it's no problem to walk to the station which has a direct line to Narita Airport. Room is small but normal for Japanese hotel size. Very clean, well maintained. Check in and check our process was smooth.

Excellent service and sincere hotel staff during check-in and even the housekeepers, appreciate their sincerity.
It would be great if the room temperature could be adjusted during winter, but hotel provides fan or air vent if needed.

Good location which is very near to Nippori JR station. 1st night I didn't know the Air Control should be off if don't want warm air. After learn from the front desk, I have a comfortable and good sleep night in 2nd day. Thanks

room too hot even though turn off the heat and still hot for some reason..this is winter time..explain to front desk, they gave the fan but still so hot..in fact, a lot of guess asking to turn off the heat, which believe to be out of control
