hotel MONday Akihabara Asakusabashi

The hotel location is convenient if you are travelling directly between airport and hotel as there is direct train to the airport. However, the JR station exit with lift is very far away from hotel. The room is clean and neat, the bed is also comfortable. But the room was too small for us to open up our three luggages, ended up we needed to keep our luggages under the bed so we had space to walk. The breakfast is a bit pricey, but they provide variety of foods and the taste is okay.

The hotel is pleasantly clean and comfortable although a little cramp for 3 with a suitcase each. Besides that, the room is comfortable, bed is with thick mattress that provided sufficient back support. WC and shower had separate compartment. Water was hot and reassuring. Staff were super helpful and friendly to store our luggage before and after check in. Maybe the cost per night was a little high, i should do more homework to get a better rate if I am staying there again.

Nothing within the rooms except green tea packets at lobby. Rooms are clean and new. Shampoo and shower gel is nice. Need to prepare to walk staircases with heavy suitcases from JR station. Personally, I prefer APA hotels as Monday is very inflexible. Most hotels allowed us to even we booked 2 pax and arrived with a child (total 3 pax). For my case, it was an adult and 2 teenagers. They insisted to collect additional fees of ¥3500 x numbers of nights. In all, I paid more than a room near to Ueno. Asakusabashi is a quiet place but no food nearby and somehow the convenience store are so limited with their bento selection. We have to buy back from other places. Paying for this room that is kinda or remote…I won’t recommend for families, more for young couples due to the long staircase

Direct train from narita airport use exit A2 for elevator 4 mins walk to hotel. Family room was spacious even with luggage opened. Great amenities. Family mart n 7 eleven ard the corner. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!

Good Location JR and Subway

Good location, clean, perfect facilities but small

如果可以，1分都不想給。簡直差勁到了極點。 在日本待了15天，這是我住過的最差勁的酒店，沒有之一。 1、在這家酒店定了兩晚，房型是“入住時分配的房間”，入住後告知，即使連住兩晚，第二天9點前也必須退房，晚上5點之後再辦理入住，並且行李也不能放房間。這輩子住酒店第一次經歷連續預訂入住還必須中途退房的道理。OK我們也按酒店的規定退房了。 2、但之後發生的事情簡直讓人匪夷所思。攜程預訂的該房型寫的很清楚，床型由酒店從以下選項中隨機安排：選項1、雙人床寬1.4米；選項2、單人床寬1米×2+沙發床寬0.9米×1。第一天入住給了我們選項2的房間，第二天給我們房間是兩張極小的床拼在一起的房間，看着攜程預訂的房型應該是“緊湊雙床房（2張1米單人床）”，但是這種房型根本不在預訂告知訊息的選項裏，。同時，該房間的床也沒有1米，老公身高1.7米，橫着躺，兩張床的寬度還沒有老公身高長，也就是每張床寬度不足0.85米。 3、我們和酒店反饋給的房間不對，結果完全沒法溝通，酒店的前台居然沒有一個會英文，衹能用翻譯器溝通，溝通了半天，衹反覆説衹能給你們這個房間，不能更換，我們溝通了一個小時，衹收到“衹能給你們這個房間”的答覆，無奈我們衹能致電攜程，這裏必須誇一下攜程，協調解決非常快，但攜程溝通下來反饋，他們和酒店溝通，酒店答覆沒有房間可以給我們更換，如果更換更大的需要額外付款將近1000元的人民幣。我們從晚上八點溝通到十點得到這樣的結果，真的好難過。因為已經很晚了，無奈之下，我們衹能入住。 3、更讓人匪夷所思的在後麪，打開房門，被子亂七八糟，房間明顯被人住過沒有收拾，我們要求酒店更換被子，前台的女生用翻譯器一開始回答我們，説他們沒進來過，不知道為什麼會亂，所以不能更換被子，後來我們爭執到要吵起來了，才給我們更換了被子，並且是直接爬上床更換的。 4、更可氣的是和酒店前台一男性溝通，用翻譯器翻譯成日文給他看，問他多久能把被子更換好，看了翻譯以後直接不回答，怎麼問都不回答，後來我用英文直接告訴他我開始錄像了，並且拿起手機了，他馬上開始説話了，説讓我們等着。 5、最後我們在晚上十一點才住進房間，當晚我們訂的房間花了800元，最後入住了當晚衹要520元就能訂到的房間。整個溝通過程花了3小時，浪費了我們整晚的時間，實在是太生氣了。 6、當晚看到有日本旅行團入住該酒店，也許這就是為什麼給中國人🇨🇳貨不對板的原因吧！ 以上是我們入住的真實經歷，大家如果想預訂這家酒店還請慎之又慎吧，周邊離地鐵更近，價格更便宜，條件更好的酒店比比皆是，如此對待中國客人的酒店祝福你“生意興隆”吧！
