It’s cheap. You get what u pay for. That being said, there’s no paper to dry your hands with near the faucets. The towel they give you to dry yourself from the shower is practically a napkin sized towel. You are also only allocated one. 50jpy if you need another. Very very strict about check in and check out. Bathing accommodations are very very small. I understand this is a capsule hotel for a budget, but probably one of the worse ones I ever been to.

Free WiFI was great with good speed, the bathroom was clean, only public bathroom, Capsule was good but the quilt wasn’t clean.

Filthy, loud, uncomfortable. Tried to modify my booking to check out early and trip customer service was useless. Trip kept promising me that the issue would be resolved and those promises were not fulfilled. At one point they called me and told me to call the hotel to resolve the matter myself. Do not go here and do not expect customer service to be of any use at all. Only use trip if you can resolve issues yourself because they will be useless and will tell you to figure it out yourself. I’ll be surprised if this review gets posted.

It's was a amazing experience. Waking distance to Tokyo tower. Service, behaviour, Cleanliness almost everything was amazing. Love to stay here again. RECOMMEND 😁

This place was funny..they have a public announcement to wake people up to leave at 10:00 and the shower is public and only open for a select number of hours because they clean for hours. The old lady is a bit grumpy and unorganized with bookings. If you've got an online booking, Keep pressing that you HAVE a reservation and its not possible to be overbooked.

lady at the counter told me to book the ladies capsule bed she will change it into men but when I booked in front of her she told me to cancel because she was not able to let me stay in ladies room and then she accepted my booking and told me to cancel now when I canceled she asked me that no refund and asked 4000 yen 💴 which i paid in cash to her and I haven’t got refund Stay away from that tricks and i hope soo that trip.com will help me in that case otherwise that hotel staff was not cooperative they were saying it’s my mistake but she told me to book that one and then she confirmed the wrong booking and then saying me to cancel she will refund and when I cancelled because modification can’t be done so she asked for cash money again which i paid because i was with my friends and it was late night

Perfect for solo travellers but dont expect too much services and facilities

The location is excellent, you cannot take your suitcase up to the room which is quite inconvenient but in terms of a capsule experience the bed is comfortable, spacious and everything you’d expect.

Good place to stay for short stay, next to the subway station, walking distance to Tokyo Tower. And the reception is 24 hours, however they have a rule that you need to give your shoe locker key and umbrella locker key to them in exchange your locker in the basement, and they barely can speak English or no which is quite difficult
