Downgraded our room and gave no compensation “because it was booked through *******”. Super dissatisfied. Will not be coming back. I asked them if they could maybe put balloons in the room for my boyfriends birthday and she said she’ll see what she can do and there was nothing in the room..

We had an amazing 2 night stay at Tin Wis on beautiful MacKenzie Beach. There was great service at the front desk, good fare at Browns Social Club and easy access to Tofino or Uclulet for a visit to the lighthouse and an evening meal. The stormy weather and full moon meant massive waves and high tides. An excellent way to celebrate the holiday!

Great staff and the gym is two floors full of amazing equipment. Better in person than the photos of the website. Very clean and nice rooms. Lovely beach out front of the hotel. The included breakfast buffet had great variety.

The only complaint we would have is that there were people above us that we could hear walking around, otherwise great location and the Browns was a REAL PLUS. Staff super friendly. We would go again but make sure we have the top floor

The staff is absolutely incredible. Best experience ever with a staff. The only downfall I would give was the shower needed a good scrubbing(mildew in grout) but I am willing to overlook it because it is hard now a days to retain good staff and find people to work. But I reiterate again the staff that is at this best western is the absolute best I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
