I stayed for two nights and cannot fault it. The room was spotless, and the bedding was fantastic. I had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide range of choices. John provided advice on places to see and how to find them. I would certainly book again

Burn bank is the loveliest BnB we've been to, absolutely everything is perfect. Spotlessly clean and so comfortable. John is a brilliant host and has thought of everything. There are so many little extras in the room, and in the dining room. The location is great, and it's so peaceful. Breakfast was lovely and fresh and cooked to perfection. John gave us advice on where to visit which was fab. Being late in the season some places aren't open but just being here is enough it's very relaxing. We would love to come back and would 100% stay here again.

Burnbank was such a comfortable place to stay - the room was clean and a good size (with a very comfortable mattress), the breakfast was excellent and the welcome we received from John was outstanding. He also recommended places for us to visit and eat, and kindly allowed us to borrow a book with planned walks in the area and binoculars in the hope of seeing wildlife. John's passion for Mull (and his delight in sharing his home with us) was infectious. We were able to park close to the B&B throughout our stay.

This B&B has been decorated to a high standard , rooms extremely comfortable with all your home comforts. John very knowledgeable about the island , giving you advice on where to go and what you wanted to do. The breakfast is excellent with plenty of choice, would definitely return

We loved our stay at Burnbank BnB, and wished we could have stayed longer. John is the perfect host and made us feel very welcome. The breakfasts were delicious! Our room was comfortable and spacious, and we had the most amazing view looking out over the harbour. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay John!

Such a lovely B&B and John is a fabulous host, so attentive and ready with advice on how to make the best of your trip whenever you need it. Like a home away from home, so comfortable and the breakfasts were amazing! Nothing was too much trouble and we loved our stay. Wholeheartedly recommend a visit to Burnbank to see the beautiful Isle of Mull.

We stayed at John's b&b for 2 nights and we had a lovely time. Fantastic view over Calve Island, very warm welcome, excellent breakfast. Just a 5mn walk downhill to reach the main street. The room was great and has everything you could ask for (even sanitary pads!). So thoughtful, absolutely perfect. Would definitely stay again. Alfie the doggy made us feel very welcome too.

My husband and I had the loveliest stay at the Burnbank BnB! From the moment we crossed the gate and into John's lovely BnB, we were received with the warmest welcome and were blown away at the hospitality the Burnbank BnB provides! The decor, cleanliness, the size of the room and WC really exceeded our expectations! The bed was so comfortable, if we didnt have plans to sightsee my husband and I would stay in bed all day long! The view out onto the Tobermory harbor from the bedroom window was a delight to wake up to every morning! Breakfast was prepared to perfection! Our host, John really made our stay special- he even offered to loan us his binoculars for our tour around the isles! Truly and unforgettable stay, with an unforgettable host and his adorable puppy!! We will be back, John!

Burn bank is truly a fabulous B&B in Tobermory. We spent two wonderful days in this ideally situated guest-house. John, the host, greeted us very heartily and was always available for us, giving us lots of advice about what to do or where to go. The B&B is extremely comfortable and so homely and so quiet. We highly recommend the place all the more so as everything was absolutely perfect. The two breakfasts we had were delicious and very substantial. Burn bank is a true and unique gem.
