"I visited with my wife and 2 year old. The sheltered beach at the hotel was calm enough for my toddler not to be frightened by the sound of the waves, as he was in Storebay. We had a wonderful day at the nearby Being with Horses tour, 15 mins away at Bucccoo and there was even a pony for my toddler to ride. The transport organized by the hotel was on time and courteous. The room was clean with a sea and garden view. The breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of foods. The lunch and dinner menus were a bit limited but still delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel qualifies as a major art venue by itself and is beautifully designed. Overall a very good experience, worth the price, which is a bit on the pricey side to be honest."

"Muito bonito lugar no meio da vegetação para desfrutar dos muitos pássaros e colibris presentes no local. As duas villas em pilotos em calma na parte de trás da propriedade dá a impressão de estar no belo meio de um parque nacional. As villas são muito espaçosas e bem equipadas, mas o banheiro precisaria de uma boa renovação. Ean, o proprietário, é super simpático e relaxado: você pode comer gelados ou partes de bolo feitas em casa. O repulsivo anti-mostico é indispensável porque os mosquitos são numerosos e feroces (mosticulário na cama). Há um número incrível de colibris atraídos por comidas com água doce: é muito fácil ver de muito perto cinco das espécies de colibris de Tobago, cujas rubis topaze muito numerosos, colibris jacobin, mangos da Jamaica, As outras aves são alimentadas quando turistas de passagem visitam o site: o proprietário toca a campainha para prevenir que a comida é servida! Surpreendente, mas eficaz! Para os visitantes de passagem, o melhor é vir no fim do dia onde os colibris são em número impressionante: literalmente há em todo o lado e eles se colocam um pouco mais do que no dia. O local é bastante isolado e o proprietário oferece uma paragem supermercado para fazer corridas quando você toma o táxi que trabalha com acomodação com uma tarifa suave para Tobago. Indispensável mesmo que haja algumas superetas na proximidade, andando um pouco. Pagamento apenas em dinheiro a prever a partir de cima. Para os fotógrafos, é um pouco mais complicado porque há pouca descida, poucas oportunidades de tomar colibris fora dos restaurantes e há muitas vezes ramos na linha de vista ..."

"Upon arrival we were thrilled and the young man on reception was faultless:welcoming, polite, helpful, and friendly. We booked in swiftly and loved the room, then departed for an afternoon at pigeon point. Upon our return he had left for the day and in his place a young lady who was at best curt/unfriendly at worst bordering on rude/dismissive. Asking her for any advice/assistance was acknowledged as an imposition/inconvenience to her. I asked if we should get a taxi or as my partner suggested, walk to the airport in the morning? She asked "what time do you need to be there" I replied "7:00" she said we would be fine walking as it was only 15 minutes walk. The following morning we arrived at reception at 6:40 to find the doors locked and no-one on reception. After 10 minutes trying to open the door, ring the reception bell and calling the hotel reception from.my mobile we found another resident who helped us find a way out via the swimming pool. We had lost 15 minutes so ended up getting a car to take us to the airport after all. If the staff had all been like the guy on arrival and the reception manned all night this would have been a 5* review."
