Vila "Maglić"

So, I stayed here for two nights. The rooms are a very good size, well especially for a lone traveller like me. The room is actually on two floors. The room is very clean and has everything you'd need. You can also park your car directly outside your room, as all the hotel rooms are situated a 100metres from the main block/restaurant. The hotel is also situated very close to the Maglic Mountain National park area. So why the average rating and the comment about the place being odd. Well, it simply came down to customer service. When it came time for me to leave, I wanted to leave early to get a good start on a hike i had planned the next morning. What i don't expect is to be told by one of the staff, early in the evening the previous night. "No, you pay in the morning" and that was it. No room for negotiation nothing. Now, when i write this is it doesn't seem that bad. But surely i shouldn't be told when I can leave. So, by all means, stay there, but don't expect much customer service or a smile from the staff.
