We stayed here the night before our cruise left Port Canaveral. Easy check in. Room was ready and very clean. The TV worked the first time. The best things were the comfortable mattress and the hot water in the shower the next morning. It was probably the best shower I have had in years. Can’t speak for other travelers but for the price, the room exceeded my expectations.

We had a handicap accessible room that worked very well - except the bathroom had NO electric outlets and sink was wall mounted with NO shelf or counter for toiletries. (Where do you put your toothpaste when brushing your teeth? No place to plug in a water pik for oral hygiene.)

Hotel was dirty.
Attached IHOP was dirty.
Room wasn't cleaned and no fresh towels.
Called desk. They said I could go to the desk and get some.
Told them my room wasn't cleaned. They said rooms aren't cleaned on the weekend unless you request it.

It’s decent and partially updated (bathroom is not). It would have been ok, but it’s just not thoroughly clean… there was hair on the sink, on the tub, dust/hair on bathroom floor, black stain on the bedside table.

Np Coffee Maker in Room Toilet cistern ran all night.
IHOP adjacent cafe was dreadful. Soup was cold and missing topping, Cold hard battered fish with Chips. Waitress handed 1 pint chocolate milk glass full to brim OVER the booth wall. !! No wonder the place was almost empty..

Room was comfortable and clean. We both slept well. Bed and linens were great. I did encounter a couple of problems, however. The tub was very dated. No hand bar to assist in maneuvering in and out of tub.
We were put on the second floor and there was no elevator. It was difficult for me.

Best handicapped facilities in bathroom of any place we have previously stayed..Bed is a little too high to get in to . Feet don't reach the floor (I am 6 foot). Bed and covers comfortable...Addition of restaurant at site makes for convenience
