This hotel doesn't work with trip. Com, we were scammed by trip. Com. We turned up at the hotel on 16/09/23 at around 23:30hrs, we were told we don't have booking with them, even though we booked through trip. Com and had paid. We asked trip. Com to book us alternative hotel which they declined, eventually they admitted it was their error. They told us they will cover us difference in hotel fare. Then once we booked a decent hotel they told us it was an upgrade in room and cant cover full cost. We were made homeless in foreign country and very lack of help from trip. Com. We had to pay €85 for one night stay as it was very late in the night and book another hotel for rest of our trip. Avoid trip. Com

hotel is great located at the center of Tiarana. Around the heart center of the city. Easy to go alone to the city park and Parlza. Everything is good service, the reception is very helpful and kindly. Have a great breakfast and coffee lounge. Reasonable price for the trip. Room is clean and everyday have helper clean the room. Bed is supper comfortable. Will come again.

Its located in a very luxury Neighborhood in Tirana and its super clean, fully equipped rooms and free parking inside the Hotel . The staff is very Friendly and helpful , especially the two girls at the Reception . 10/10 rating for annyone wishing to visit .

Smelled like cigarettes throughout the hotel. Also, very loud on the room floors. We books this for the gym. While it had a lot of pieces, it was a bit of a mess with random machines, weights, etc. Front desk staff was pleasant.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. We were very pleased with out stay.

The bartender and the reception lady was the kindest and most proffesional. The bartender was at our service the whole time, the coffe and the drinks he made was perfect. I can’t remember his name but i think something with Daniel. I highly recommend that if you travel to Tirana you need to stay at this hotel.

The rooms are outdated but the staff is 10/10 so very kind, professional and go above and beyond. Can’t say enough. The kind receptionist/ front desk lady working overnight and daytime printed pages for me and stapled them together so nicely. Wish I knew her name because she was so delightful.

Good hotel near downtown of tirana. The bed are good. Right number of elettric outlet. Big Bathroom with fabulous shower. The breakfast are included, and is good. A Gym is available for free. The pool in under maintenance

Hotel is situated in a nice and safe area, rooms are very clean and hotel staff is excellent. Forgot my bag at the restaurant with all my money, bank cards and passport. I realised 3 hours later so rushed back. One of the hotel staff named Niko had founded and handed the bag to reception for me to collect. Thank you Niko and thank you all staff at Grand hotel leisure and spa.
